This is my personal home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the south part of town, minutes from downtown, UA, the Riverwalk, amphitheater, nightlife, restaurants & stores. The primary bedroom has a plush, cozy king bed & double vanity in the en suite bathroom. There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The LR comfortably seats 6. We have high speed WiFi & smart TVs. We stayed here for our son’s graduation from Bama. The location was perfect and allowed us to stay out of the heavy traffic areas but still close to everything. The house was very charming and spacious. The hostess was very accommodating and left us special treats. Would definitely recommend this place to stay while visiting T-town!!

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood! I needed something close to campus and it was perfect. I had everything I needed and the host was very responsive. Everything was clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable, I slept better than I have in a while. A big plus was how beautifully it was decorated. I will definitely be back!

The Parsonage is a beautiful home that gave the opportunity for my traveling family members to have a place to relax and to see my graduation ceremony. The host was able to answer my questions before I booked, and later made check in really easy. The kitchen that allowed my family to cook meals and the working fireplace that kept us warm at night are amenities that go above and beyond. For the price, you can’t find anything better than the Parsonage.

Jenn and Brandon's place is lovely. The lake and all its amenities are right at your fingertips. Their communication from start to finish has by far been the best of any experience we've had thus far. Our grandkids didn't want to leave all the fantastic games and those wonderful theatre seats in the lower level! We will be back.

April is a lovely hostess. We own our own short-term rental in Tuscaloosa that we rented for the LSU game, but we quickly got FOMO and wanted to go ourselves. We only needed a room for the night and April's was perfect for a night of rest after the game.

The place is very nice. It is clean and modern. True, it is on the 3rd floor, and initially those stairs looked daunting, but it sounds worse than it was. Everything inside looked new and probably bought specifically for it to be used as an Air BnB. There was coffee with creamer and sugar (no filters), toilet paper, and soap. Our trip to the store was mostly only for the food we wanted, plus a roll of paper towels. Wifi and TV worked well. We were in town for a UA football game. The condo is 2 miles from the stadium and it’s a pretty level walk. There were some parts of the walk without a sidewalk, but those were short sections. There are plenty of other people walking that far after a game, and it’s better than sitting in traffic. TIP: When you come through the gate to the community, make an immediate left. Drive to the end and make another left. The building is the second one. The building numbers are not always easy to see, and that will save you from driving around too much.
