The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

This was our second stay at Donna & Greg’s lovely charming old house with all modern amenities. Peaceful, private and quiet. Couldn’t recommend it more, we have been staying in different Airbnb’s nearby Concord and theirs is hands-down the best one listed!

We enjoyed our short, but lovely stay at the lake! Home was beautiful and warmly decorated. Comfy beds and set up so nicely! View of lake was so nice and it was hard to leave the deck. We loved the peace and quiet, relaxing vibe! Loved the closed in porch too! Enjoyed pickleball so easily accessible and pretty walk to the lakefront to relax. Wish we could have stayed longer, but rain made it easier to leave. We had magical weather our full day! We hope to return to this special area and home. Loved the market so close though! Thank you!!

All instruction were very detailed and easy to follow. The location was beautiful and the property was prestige. Cooking in the kitchen was easy, everything was within arms reach and easy to find. The center of town was cute and had some nice local shops. There was planet of restaurants in the area and grocery stores were also close. 5-stars for sure for the property and the property managements My family and I will certainly look for this property again if we are staying the the Amherst area.

Beautiful home and very relaxing surroundings. Loved sitting out by the water having a cup of coffee in the morning. Great firepit - made s’mores with the grandkids. Lovely home with all the amenities you could want. Very attentive host. Will definitely be back.

The host was very accommodating with any type of situation related to our questions and concerns. The owner was engaged with us for our entire stay and did whatever she could to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who expects a courteous and respectful environment for the whole family!

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. Everything we needed to get away, cook, and enjoy a fireplace.

This was a great spot to relax and recharge for a couple days. Prior to my visit, I stocked up on groceries and did not leave until checkout. It was peaceful to just sit on the deck in the warm weather and watch the ice begin to melt on the river. I would definitely return, even in the winter/early spring as it is a great place to enjoy some quiet and a good view.

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

Our family spent a memorable 4 days at Dimitry's beautiful lake house. The layout of the house on three levels gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. We've rented many homes but none have been as well stocked as this one. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels and toiletries in the bathrooms as well. Our granddaughter appreciated all the kids games, books, and coloring supplies. The gated upper deck and side yard for the dogs was great. We were lucky enough to have some beautiful weather and spent much of our time playing on the beach, kayaking, and fishing. It was a really great trip and we would definitely rent here again!

The Pancake House was the perfect getaway! Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, and charming! The house is better than the photos can show, and offered plenty of space for fun and relaxation. We enjoy evenings by the fire after enjoying the sunset on the lake!

We were so pleased with this property and would love to stay here again! Manny was a great communicator, I didn't realized that it was a shared hot tub for every unit except 4 and he was quick to help me change our reservation to unit 4. It was very clean and it is west facing so you get beautiful sunsets. Great place with great hosts!

Erin's place was the best Airbnb place I've stayed in since I became a member over 10 years ago! I cannot say enough wonderful things about it honestly, from the most comfortable bed imaginable (I took a picture of the mattress and pillows and bought them!) to the kitchen amenities and the most GORGEOUS views! I went there as a retreat from hectic Boston life and it was so peaceful I was ready to book another stay soon!

We had a great time at this place. We were a group of archaeologists here for work and this was a great base from which to travel the area. The facilities were excellent - we were able to cook and wash clothes with ease. There were plenty of spaces from which to sit and discuss findings or work (two lounge areas, a kitchen table and a back deck) and the WiFi worked perfectly. Everything was clean and the rooms were very private and quiet. Jim was extremely helpful and attentive but never intrusive. We could easily walk into South Berwick and there was space to park our cars. We had a great time and would definitely book again in the future!

This place is amazing! Very private and secluded. Perfect for a family get together. The house was spotless and well appointed. Claudine was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay! We booked for the weekend to celebrate our dad’s 60th birthday & it was the perfect spot to relax! Plenty of space inside & out, comfortable for small or larger groups. The house was one of the better stocked Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, the small touches (snack basket on arrival, mini toiletries in bathroom, plenty of paper products) really made all the difference! The private beach was great & the location felt private, despite having a couple of nearby neighbors & being right on an ATV trail. Loved the game room in the basement, as it gave us plenty to do on a rainy day. Julie was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in/out. The rate seemed pretty competitive compared to similar homes. Thank you, we had a great time!
