Camper/RV on property in the middle of Lofoten! The perfect starting point for visiting all of Lofoten without long stretches. (The caravan was replaced in 2022, so reviews before 2023 apply to an older caravan with fewer amenities and lower comfort) It is 7 miles to Svolvær, 6 miles to Reine, about 2 miles to the surf beach Unstad, and 8km to the fishing village Ballstad. There is good opportunity to be able to participate in the famous Lofoten fishing/winter fishing, and also fishing trips in the summer.

The camping is an excellent starting point for hiking trips to Haugabreen glacier, Oldeskaret and Briksdalen during summer and Snønipa(1827m) for back country skiing in winter and spring. Floating sauna can be rented, price NOK 600 for 3 hours, up to 8 people NOTE: This is Rangsundøya 81 96 Selsøyvik 25 min by boat from Rødøya. Koselig campingvogn med spikertels leies ut i sentrala Trysil med en av de beste sykkelparkene i Norge men det finnes også mange andre aktiviteter se skistar hjememside (trysil). Ligger 250 meter fra Radisson hotell og skiheisene. 4-500 meter til sykkel -og klatrepark. Det er 9-10 soveplasser m puter og dyner til 5 personer (kan ev ordnes noen fler puter og dyner). Det finnes veldig fine dusjer og bastu på campingområdet som er gratis.
