Great house, absolutely faultless. Very private and the pool is bigger than the photos.

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is really great and has a unique view of the Mediterranean. Wenche is a super nice hostess who takes care of everything.

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

The accommodation was exactly as described (if not better), very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. We immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available if you had any questions – you can just tell that they work with heart and mind. The location was also perfect – quiet, but still well connected. Everything was simply uncomplicated, pleasant and completely stress-free. In short: We would come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation. Five stars are actually not enough!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

We've been regularly visiting Sicily for many years, and this was by far the best Airbnb experience so far. Not only was the apartment spotless and equipped with everything and more a guest could ask for, but the hosts are just such lovely and respectful people. Receiving garden goods and fresh eggs for breakfast was an absolute unexpected delight. If you're looking for a genuine Airbnb experience in a perfect location by the sea, don't hesitate to visit this place!

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. We even got to experience the amazing cakes and breads that other guests have mentioned! Lovely relaxed stay in a quiet part of Sicily

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Alessandro’s house with the beautiful garden and amazing views… our 4year old son loved the pool, the playground and- after some time- the big dog ;-) we would love to come back to this great host

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

We loved staying with Giovanni and family whom were really friendly and helpful . The house is beautifully set above a beach with its own access . Our room was lovely with good facilities. We have spent hours over the last few days relaxing swimming and snorkelling in amazing waters . The house is in good proximity to surrounding areas of interest with a car .

Debora was really kind in all respects, from the beginning with so much patience waiting for us in the house, then giving us very clear instructions as well as taking a moment to have a chat (very friendly I must say). The apartment is beautiful and complete, in person it looks even better than in the photos, I am fully satisfied... we will definitely be back in the future:)

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

Vincenzo and his wife are really kind and helpful, it was a pleasure being their guests. The environment was clean and tidy. Comfortable spaces and recommended for families The garden is well fenced. The place is convenient to visit many tourist destinations. The street is internal but close to a fairly busy street. Everything was perfect, though, and we'll definitely be back!

Antonio was very helpful with a flexible check-in & instructions. Very easy to find his place and park across the street in a very inexpensive paid parking lot. His place was great for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). They were excited that they had their own rooms. The A/C worked great and made for easy sleeping at night. That’s not the case all over Italy. It was clean and the master bedroom was on the top level separate from everyone else. So even great if you were traveling with 2 couples. Nice cafe downstairs for morning cappuccino & pastries. Easy walking distance to Oritigia and I’d recommend for your stay in the area.

Marco was the best host anyone could hope for! Very polite, helpful, flexible and giving good advice about apartment and Syracuse city. The apartment was beautiful and in very good location, walking distance from archeological area and Ortigia, wonderful restaurants and bakery nearby. Close to supermarket aswell. We spent very lovely week there with my husband and two small kids. Wish we could come back someday. Thank you Marco and Stefania!

Sebastiano was friendly and responded to us quickly with questions. He also helped us rent a car. The space was clean and nice. The area is very quiet and recommended for a relaxing holiday.

We had a great stay in Marina di Ragusa. Kitchen was equipped with the most necessary things, that was fine. The terrace was incredibly great with a fantastic view! Unfortunately, it was a very loud evening, as young people had a party in front of the apartment all night, but Alessandro and the apartment can do nothing about it and maybe that was just an exception, the rest of the nights it was very quiet, but think it is good to know that it can get louder during the school holidays. The beach was also very crowded on Sunday. Then we drove to a neighboring town to the beach, which was also fantastically beautiful.

We LOVE this house! Very easy to reach all the parts of the Ortigia island. The market, beach, restaurants and bar, but still quiet at night. We love to purchase some fish and ingredients to cook and eat at the kitchen and balcony. Carmi is super helpful and share lots of places to go and eat. Btw, for a 2 women trip, 2 bathrooms and 2 closets are the highlight!

Serafina was fantastic, the place is really beautiful immersed in nature and far from everything. The house is decorated tastefully and it feels authentic (not an ikea catalog house), and we really appreciated the family vibes it gives. It’s a house with a story and a family behind and we’re happy we’re didn’t end up with the usual “investment house”. Thanks Serafina!
