The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Norwegian country bliss by the lake

Small cabin by the lake. Perfect for a getaway from the modern world. Great for relaxing, hiking, fishing, mushrooms and berry picking and swimming. Guests can use the canoe at own risk. There are sheep grazing in the fields and a very special flower meadow. There is a outside seating area with a simple bbq. New bathroom with shower and toilet in the barn. Sauna can be rented for additional cost. Ps. there is no running water in the cabin, this is available few meters away, in the barn.

In summer, there is bathing water 5 min walk from the cabin, with swimming area, fishing opportunities and access to rowing boat. In winter, it is driven up for miles of great marked ski trails. Bedroom 1 bed 180 cm Bedroom 2, family bunk bed 120 cm down and 90 cm up Bedroom 3 has a bed 80 cm, which can be 160cm

The apartment is located on Bolkesjø in quiet and rural surroundings. There is a private bathroom with shower and separate toilet right at the entrance. Further into the main room there is a great dining area that is also suitable for a home office. By the window there are two lounge chairs that can be enjoyed with views right out into nature. Double bed is also in this room as well as a small studio kitchen. There is a loft that has 2 sleeping places.

Lower your shoulders and enjoy days in beautiful nature. Spacious family cabin on Gavlesjå. A hidden gem just a 30 minute drive from Notodden. Cabin has a good standard. Solar panels provide the power you need. Water is collected in a well. Remember to bring your own linens and towel. The shower is connected with an electric pump. You have to heat water ahead of time to shower hot. Ring the cabin warm can be turned on in advance in the winter.
