La Villageoise

This cottage specially designed for two is the result of a meticulous restoration carried out by a couple of enthusiasts. They have skillfully worked to highlight the original woodwork and thus give the cottage back its former character, all combined with the requirements of modern comfort. This antique-style cottage is located on Île d'Orléans. It contains an equipped kitchen and a high quality bathroom. It is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a private hot tub.

We open the doors to our beautiful house on Île d'Orléans. Situated on a 1-acre property with mature trees and a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River, come and recharge in the countryside, just 20 minutes away from Old Quebec. On-site amenities include a spa, indoor and outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, BBQ, accommodation for 10 people, and 3 bathrooms. L'Étincelle, a magnificent tastefully decorated chalet will allow you to escape from your daily life. Bordered by a lake with calm waters, you can indulge in water sports, relax to the sound of birds and the lapping of the water. In the evening, admire the sunset on the lake and continue this beautiful adventure around an outdoor fire. When the temperature does not allow it, you can enjoy the large canopy, the splendid 4-sided fireplace or a game of pool inside.

Rustic cottage located in the heart of a beautiful maple grove. The perfect place to stock up on fresh air and nature. On the site, you'll have access to a 1.6 km gravel road perfect for hiking, biking and snowshoeing. In winter, a slide is also accessible. In addition, you will find nearby the Massif du Sud, the Appalaches Lodge-Spa, the Appalaches Regional Park (Loutres Falls 5 km away), federal mountain biking and snowmobiling trails, a bike path, etc.

Directly adjacent to the ski slopes, the FÉERIQUE chalet is the perfect balance between proximity and privacy. The view is exceptional on the ski slopes facing directly in front of the chalet. In the massif, there is no shortage of sports activities nearby. The trees are cleared which gives a splendid and majestic view of the mountain. A deer feeder is installed a little lower. Maybe you'll see a deer one morning pass through the courtyard during your stay!
