This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

We loved our stay at Lise’s space. Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Located away from the busy city area yet a very short and inexpensive uber ride into the heart of the city. We even walked back a couple of times in the evening it was close enough. Highly recommended staying here.

Charming home, would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I loved our little weekend in this cottage, very clean, and warm. Super intimate and quiet in the middle of nature, lots of birds and green spaces. Perfect for picking up!

Very nice house, good location, clean and well-equipped! We had a lot of wind and blowing on the hillside, but we were able to enjoy the free and easy walking trails nearby (caribou lake trail wishlist). Thank you!

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. The accommodation and its view are magnificent. Several small details that make the stay very comfortable, such as a well-equipped kitchen, a few board games, a washer/dryer, etc. Only flaw: the noise mentioned in the listing was louder and more disturbing than I expected, but for only one night out of three. There are surely people with a deep sleep that will not be too disturbed. For my part, I will come back, but sleeping in the large bedroom! :)

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts thought of everything — from fully stocked dishes and cozy bedding to coffee and thoughtful snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the grounds were immaculate. We met Holly during our stay and she was so sweet. Although we didn’t meet Nadine in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again — it truly felt like a home away from home.

We spent three very pleasant weeks with our host. She is extremely kind, discreet and always smiling, and we really enjoyed chatting with her. The suite is comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The garden is beautiful, a real little haven of peace. And a special mention for his cat Billy, absolutely adorable! A lovely place to enjoy peaceful time with family or friends! We stayed in early June, and the neighborhood was beautifully green and picturesque. The home offers a stunning view of the hills and is tucked away in a quiet, private area. It was clean and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. Marie was very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from Old Quebec and Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier, we had the chance to explore both the city and the national park. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo, conveniently located to all attractions.

The only thing is that there was a pool that had to be heated, but we knew after that it was from June 21 that it would be heated, but I had already communicated with Liliane and she had confirmed that it was heated. So that's the only inconvenience we had, the rest was perfect all along the line.

What a beautiful place to enjoy the nature and trails of the Parc des Appalaches and the Massif! The cottage, although compact, is very comfortable, clean and has everything for cooking, in short it lacks nothing. The hosts are very friendly and available. I loved my stay and wish to return in the winter. I highly recommend this cottage.

Beautiful quiet and relaxing stay, what we wanted.

My big favorite of this year! An address that I keep in my favorites. Two young children with me and they loved it too, a place to do as a family out of time to breathe in the routine.

The cottage is first class. Penelope and Sylvain are so well organized, loved having the package you send out prior to the rental date and greatly appreciated the friendly prompt follow ups. Keep up the great work! We had been concerned about getting up and down the stairs to the 2nd bedroom, the futon and single bunk beds. We were careful and treated getting to the 2nd floor as an adventure. The sunset views were breathtaking. We truly enjoyed swimming and kayaking. Thankful for such a memorable getaway!
