The apartment is on the first floor without elevator access. It is located 200 m from the beach and close to the forest of the Pays de Monts. The accommodation consists of a main living room/kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, glass-top stove, dishes, etc.). The room is spacious and bright with a 140 x 200 bed as well as a 90 x 190 bunk bed, duvet and pillows. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Bed and bath linen is not provided.

Upstairs a large bedroom with bed of 160 and a balcony sea view, a bedroom with 3 beds, a bathroom with toilet, an umbrella bed, a high chair. Linen is not provided in the duplex.
