We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Yves was a very good host, check-in and check-out was very good and flexible, the very clean accommodation matches the photos, bright and functional. 15-20 min from the beach, everything is within walking distance, and very quiet street, no complaints. Great stay for us :)

Hello, my family and I had a great time in Les Sables d'Olonne. Partly also to Julien's accommodation and his responsiveness. Very pleasant, welcoming, clean, very quiet street. 20 minutes' walk. I spent a weekend in Marie-Pierre's accommodation with my grandparents. We loved the house, it perfectly matched our criteria: functional, close to the train station, shops and restaurant. Moreover, we found the spaces to be friendly and comfortable. Marie-Pierre gave us a very pleasant welcome and was very responsive to the need. This accommodation is a very good choice!

We had a pleasant stay with our two daughters. Well-equipped, clean and pleasant mobile home, quiet place, shops within walking distance... we recommend it!

Great stay! The house is perfect, very well arranged, very bright, very functional with all the electric roller shutters (and even the velux of the bathroom!), the kitchen very well equipped, nice dishes, etc. The living room is very large, for 6 adults + 3 babies we really had space! The rooms are equipped with large closets, the beds are comfortable. We were able to fit our 3 baby beds (including 1 provided) and 2 high chairs without any problems. The jacuzzi of course is a plus, very nice! The enclosed garden is very convenient (we also had 2 dogs). Quiet neighborhood, close to the sea. We only spent 2 nights in this wonderful house but we will return as a family with great pleasure and for longer if we have the opportunity. We recommend this house, whether for a few nights or for long stays to enjoy it even more!!!!

We had a pleasant stay. The house is very well located and very well furnished. The entrance is on the street but the rooms are at the back, so it is extremely quiet. The veranda and the small terrace are a plus for this accommodation located in the city.

A very big thank you to Jean Louis and Danièle for their warm welcome and kindness. The accommodation was perfect for our vacation: comfortable, very clean, well-equipped and very well located. (large cities nearby, beaches that accept dogs about 6 km away). A big thank you also for accepting our 5-month-old dog Appy, who took full advantage of the garden. We were able to enjoy the pool, a real joy. We leave with excellent memories and will not hesitate to recommend the accommodation to those around us and I think there will be a next time. Nice place in a beautiful place. We had a pleasant stay with a nice walk and a beautiful beach nearby.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

Accommodation 5 min walk to the beach, 3/4 km from the city so quiet. Top location and ideal accommodation for 3/4 people.

Very good stay spent at Sébastien's. Clean and ideally located accommodation. Sébastien is a responsive host and available if needed. I recommend it.

Google Maps did not clearly indicate the location of the listing but the caretaker easily guided us to the right place. We were there in May so we had no worries about parking, but I think it can be more complicated in summer. The place is great and the ocean view is amazing, the beach can be reached in two minutes and it's a real pleasure to be able to get there so quickly. There is also a nice little bar on the beach. There is a supermarket within walking distance and otherwise by car we are less than a quarter of an hour from all kinds of shops. The stay was great, I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. We loved the location close to the beach and golf course. The apartment was as described - very functional and quiet. The interactions with David and Hélène were easy and very friendly.
