Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nottinghamshire

This air b&b was such a great getaway, especially as we brought our 2 dogs and were extremely pleased with there being a beautiful walk right across the road, as well as being able to get to Sherwood Forest even without transport. The place itself was so quiet and the movie screen outside was such a lovely touch. The place was clean, the dishwasher made washing up simple, and the beds were comfy (the pillows were a little too big for me, but that’s just preference😂) I would definitely recommend this place as well as re book in the future. Cory was extremely responsive, helpful, very welcoming, and made us feel comfortable knowing if we were to have any problems he would do his absolute best to resolve the issue, luckily we didn’t have any problems and the trip when as perfect as could be!

As a hen party of 12, we had an amazing long weekend at Sally's house. There was safe and ample parking for all the whole group and we were blown away by the surroundings. The views were gorgeous and we had a lovely walk round the nearby fields and public footpaths to a great local pub. The house was spotless, and more stunning than the photos. The house felt like a home whilst also feeling luxurious and everyone loved their rooms and the communal areas. The house had so many thoughtful touches and we especially enjoyed the easy to use hot tub. Massive thank you to Sally for being a great host - responsive, helpful and allowing us early check in to decorate for the bride too. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. We had a lovely stay here. The house was lovely and felt homely. Brilliant communication throughout our stay. Clean and spotless. Beautiful garden with furniture to sit out and George was absolutely adorable my daughter fell in love with him and was obsessed with him, he was never any bother during our stay. The house had everything we needed. The area was nice and quiet and peaceful. Very responsive hosts. Would definitely return and recommend to anybody.

Really comfortable beds, lots of space and perfect home from home vibe! We stayed during Download festival and was bliss to be 40 mins away from the festival and come back to good beds and a lovely kitchen. Really easy to find, really clear instructions to access and make the most of the space, and communicative host

This is a lovely, comfortable home and garden, which is very well equipped and beautifully maintained. Judy was very helpful and gave clear instructions re. check-in, parking etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this home in the future for our family of five, and even more. We appreciated the generous welcome pack provided. Laura and Judy had thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. Located in a very nice, quiet village.

Wonderful setting with horses visible from inside the cabins. The cabins themselves are the best we've stayed in with all the amenities. Not much dealing with the staff but they were incredibly responsive to our arrival and helped us settle quickly. 10/10

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Birdholme, so much so, that I began plotting to return as soon as we had arrived! The lodge is stunning and is set amongst beautiful grounds, which have even thoughtfully been pruned to encourage lots of little walkways through the trees and grounds which was such a special touch. The hot tub was great and Holly had even left us a surprise bottle of bubbles in the fridge! Really can’t fault it and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much Holly for a fabulous little break <3

We had a perfect stay at Stonelake Lodge this weekend! The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. The hosts go above and beyond to help you relax and even provided extra touches like marshmallows and fairy lights. I would highly recommend this stay and cannot wait to visit again! Thank you James for being so responsive to our needs and so warm and welcoming! Such a beautiful pace with excellent facilities.

This was a great place to chill. The wood fired hot tub only took 2 bags of logs to heat up and then stayed hot all day and into the evening. Loved walking the fields with our dog and our host was fantastic.

This place is perfect for bringing your dog—there's a huge grassy area where dogs can run freely, and mine had an amazing time! The room was clean and cozy. The only downside is that there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. We originally planned to visit Newark, but there were no buses running on Sunday afternoon, and walking there would take about an hour and a half. It’s definitely more suitable if you’re driving. That said, as far as the accommodation goes, it was very comfortable, well-equipped, and the campsite owner was super friendly. We felt very much at home!
