Conveniently located down a quite rural lane, between Newark and Lincoln, just off the A1133 road which provides easy access to the A46, A57 and A1.

Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed & Freeview TV, plus one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink and TV. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
