The Tallet, Self-Contained Country Annex

The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

A cosy cottage style property, ideal for couples or young families. It has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to unwind you from the moment you arrive. The hot tub is for exclusive use. It is surrounded by the beautiful Suffolk countryside, with walks on your doorstep. A mile away you will find a selection of shops, pubs/ restaurants, farm shop. The area boasts many places to visit, Bury St Edmunds, Lavenham, the coast at Aldeburgh and Southwold, Framlingham Castle and many more.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The Nest is a recently converted peaceful, luxurious and romantic barn conversion, suitable for 2 (plus 1) guests. Superb local pub with Italian restaurant just a three minute walk away! Exclusive use of private hot tub. Private garden and bbq area. Set in 12 acres of a grade 2 listed former rectory dating back to 1798. Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The bedroom has a super king size bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and hanging rail and en-suite shower. Parking on site Guests are welcome to use our Gym

This comfortable studio with amazing views, lots of outdoor space, walks from the doorstep and pubs with good food nearby is perfect for couples looking to re-charge their batteries in a rural location. It has a well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, White Company linen, underfloor heating with independent controls, it's own combi-bolier for hot water, tv and wi-fi. It is on the edge of the Peak District with many local attractions, such as Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall.
