The house is in the downtown neighborhood, but obviously with its profile not on the central avenue where there are only buildings, but by car it is not even 2 minutes. It is possible to walk, but there is a stretch of slope on the access street and the house has stairs.

Through the windows, the view is charming to the large grassy outdoor area with a stream, a swimming pool with running water and a lake. The entire outdoor area is fenced to ensure greater safety for pets. We have internet access (300 mega optical fiber).
