The best definition for home is a magical place. First of all, I would like to thank Sandro and Wellington for their hospitality and warm welcome. I don't usually go back to the same places, but this house is so special that it's the second time I've returned. I am a Hotel Manager, so I understand a lot about hospitality and services, and I would like to mention that the attention given by Sandro and the quality of the house is a 10. If there were 6 stars on Airbnb, I would rate it as such, because 5 stars is not enough. Sandro, who is a very special person, prepared the house and it was impeccably clean and even left us some complimentary gifts. He was concerned from the beginning to the end of the stay with our well-being and always checking that everything was perfect for us as a true host. The house is surrounded by lush nature, with a terrain full of fruit trees and a river that flows through the back of the house, always delighting us with the sound of a waterfall. A unique experience I recommend to everyone!

Lédio was very attentive from the beginning in the first contact... the house is perfect, beautiful, cozy... my friends and I love everything... the house is complete for those who want to relax and have fun without leaving the house... it is far away from everything and that was what we wanted. the photos on the page, do not describe the beauty of the house ... was impeccable in everything, in the cleanliness, in the organization... All very well! The road that is very bad to get to, but it warns you beforehand. Other than that, for those who want a place to rest or chat, this place is perfect! The landscapes are beautiful. And you also have access to a waterfall across the road. Amei, I'll definitely be back

The house has an amazing leisure space, with lots of greenery and a very tasty swimming pool. My group was teenagers and it was very cool to see them enjoying the nature, interacting and playing in the space the house offers! The owner is very attentive and the homemade as well. The only point we recommend is in the kitchen area, which is part of the leisure area, whether fans or an air conditioning were installed as it is very hot in the summer. We love our stay! We will certainly be back!

The stay was excellent! The house is great, very equipped, clean, cozy and with great outdoor space in the middle of the nature. There's a creek at the bottom within the property. The host was always very helpful and attentive to our needs! I highly recommend to hope to return soon.

Terabitia is an amazing place. We live wonderful days in a unique space and with an unrivable energy. The house has a special charm and made us feel very comfortable! Roque is an excellent host, always very patient and careful with everything and everything. Village council helped us in everything we needed and left the spot impeccable to welcome us! The house is simply wonderful and impeccable! We were welcomed by Elaine, her husband and Simba (an extremely beautiful and polite Golden Retriever). The house offers many leisure options: ping-pong, totem, footwall, pool, deck and even a swimming pool with a slide. The faucets and showers have hot water. The room's fireplace is excellent, and the house has two huge balconies — in one of them, including heaters, always thinking about the well-being of the guests. The exterior space of the house is gigantic. The rooms are very large, and everything is very spacious. We have nothing to complain about, just thank you. The cake cherry was definitely Catharine — Elaine's appointment to prepare our meals, pizzas, etc. With that, we don't have to worry about this part, we were lucky to eat delights prepared by it. Catharine is an amazing and very kind person. We left with the urge to stay longer. We will definitely return at some point. Thank you.

I had already stayed at Eduardo's house and this time I wanted to see the place! Very pleasant experience! We spent a wonderful fds in the house! The hosts were, from the first contact, super attentive and helpful. The space is even more beautiful and cozy than it looks in the photos. The leisure/barbecue area is great, we enjoyed it a lot. The location was also a highlight, because, although the house is not right in the center, it is very quiet and, by car, you can get there very quickly. It was a great value for money!

I really recommend it! I went with my wife and kids and we had a wonderful experience. The house is even better in person than in the photos — super clean, organized and with everything working properly. Janaina was an excellent host. There are some grocery stores nearby, which helped a lot to buy a little something or another that was missing. In addition, the house is very private, perfect for resting in privacy. We really like the experience!

Diana's house reminded me of grandma's house: simple, clean, organized, welcomed us very well with its well-kept gardens, heated pool for colder days, equipped kitchen. The extra house served perfectly for my group of teenagers, ensuring both their privacy qnt and ours. For those who like forest, there is a well-preserved part of the Atlantic Forest and a stream where we even saw a capybara refreshing itself. The homemade Sidnei was super attentive, as was Diana. We spent 4 very enjoyable days there. I highly recommend it.

Once again, I went to this amazing place to relax and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of modern life. BBQ days, pool, wine by the fireplace and lots of peace of mind. The house is comfortable, on huge land, with lots of trees, and has everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest without even thinking about leaving the property. The access road was good, dry and had passed the machine. The host is very attentive and the housekeeper responds quickly. The wifi internet worked perfectly. In the morning I was surprised by a car at the gate selling fresh breads for breakfast. Take everything you'll need because it's not worth it to leave the house to waste time going to the market. I only have compliments for the place.

As described, it's a country house. If you are looking for fancy utilities, this place is not for you, but if you want a peaceful, charming , private and cozy place, go for it!!Everything worked properly and the house is located in a priviledged place, with a river and waterfall running in the house area. In fact, the green area of the house is very beautiful. We weren't lucky with the weather in Lumiar, but thanks good the house was a nice place to spend playing in family. I definitely recommend it .

The inn is magnificent, easy by car, reception of Brenda very polite and a lot of requests. The exuberant nature, many activities within the site guarantee a stay without monotony. We used the quadriculum to go to Pico da Calendonia (Splendor!), we made the trails of the waterfalls that are beautiful! The humid sauna in front of the waterfall is sensational! We are in the clean and organized loft 3. With warm shower, kitchen basics, refrigerator and fireplace. Some considerations about the listing to score: The masonry bed is leaning against the wall with rustic paint that can hurt or scratch the person. The door and window are light glass with light curtain, no black-out, so before 06h the clarity is quite large, compromising the sleep of those who do not want to wake up so early. The pillows and mattress have a vinyl cover which, despite facilitating sanitation, makes noise with every movement in the bed and the mattress predominates a more rigid than soft pattern.

The chalet is beautiful, even more beautiful in person, the space was clean and organized, an environment with a lot of immersion in nature and away from the riots of the big cities, great for mental decompression, the chalet is 4km from a dirt road from the main highway, the bus passes once a day, so it is necessary to get by car, apparently all the voltage of the house is 220v which makes it impossible to carry 110v appliances, but the lodging itself was great, Ana was very requested, and would surely return more times.

What a wonderful place, exuberant nature, beautiful place, cozy, very functional, it has everything in the beautiful house and everything in perfect condition, top internet, the children loved it. A place of peace that only produces happiness for those who arrive. Everything is very beautiful, an easily accessible place, very close to the center of Lumiar and São Pedro da Serra, the property is wonderful, a clean and harmonious environment and it even has a beautiful waterfall in the backyard of the house. We walked through the two districts and their downtowns and had a lot of fun, it was an unforgettable weekend. I not only recommend it, but I will return because it left me wanting more. The accommodation is good ,plus the street that leads to the house and very narrow only by passing one car at a time. Nothing that takes away the charm that it is to have a river in the backyard. Hostã responds fast. The home is great for those who like peace of mind in the midst of nature.

We had an excellent night at the cottage with my wife, my parents and my in-laws. The place is very cozy, well maintained, clean and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the house is super equipped. Alexandre was very helpful and attentive, made us feel very comfortable and always responded when we needed him. The check-in was smooth and the stay was super pleasant. I highly recommend it for those looking for a moment of rest in comfort in the middle of nature. We would definitely come back!

The Mãe de Ouro Reserve is a place I will return to whenever I can, I loved it!!!! Perfect for those seeking beauty, silence and peace. The place has separate garbage collection, a natural septic tank and composting. The house is very cozy, well decorated, clean and tidy… zero mold! The forest is stunning, with well-marked, safe trails and benches at various points, where to the sound of the river, tree leaves and birds we are invited to take contemplative walks and meditate. In front of the wood-burning sauna, there is a natural well with a waterfall where the cold bath is invigorating. At night around a warm fire, we observed a wonderful starry sky. We were delighted to be welcomed by Monica and Roberta who gave us wonderful tips on Bizuth's food, Marcos' naturally fermented breads and Ane's delicious cakes. I suggest, to help with the maintenance and cleaning of the house, hiring Angelica, to make better use of the stay. Everything was perfect, I can't wait to go back!

The house is very much in line with the name, it is very quiet. It is the last home of a super charming and well reserved condominium. Lígia's place is at the front, but the garage and backyard of the house are independent giving a lot of privacy. The backyard behind the house is beautiful and super cozy. As it is closed, it is also great for pets, who can stay free through the space. The house is close to the center, to do everything on foot, but distant enough to be very quiet and without noises. And Lígia was super solicit, nice and flexible with our schedules. We hope to be able to return soon as they were wonderful days of rest.

zilda's space is simply wonderful, it totally exceeded my expectations that were already high. beautiful, cozy,super clean and well cared house. The backyard is wonderful. My family and I if we could stay there forever lol. thanks Zilda for providing us an amazing weekend... we'll be back whenever we can for sure.

The chalet is cozy, the bed is comfortable, the bedding is soft and smelling, has plenty of hot water, super clean and still has a charming fireplace. For those who want to rest and escape from the heat, the place is super cool that gets to be cold in the summer, a delight. The river flows through the property, and we love sleeping to the sound of the river. For those who like hiking, there are several trails in the surroundings and the bonus is to have a sauna on the way back. There is also the Bistrô restaurant, where we chose to have breakfast and all meals, all very tasty. Carlos is very meticulous with everything and super attentive, we already want to go back.

I'm an annual host, I go with the family and there's always plenty of space and nature around. It has two large indoor environments and the outside with a kitchen and barbecue...and everything big. It's a big house, made with a lot of history and love for the family, so I always respected the place. The place has its time, its history and every time that I return with my family this place always welcomes us...either by the barbecue , with a beautiful balcony, with a clean river passing in the part next to this environment. It is a "place" house, so it does not relegate its observation to an old furniture, among other utensils, each place has its identity, of course small things need small improvements and maintenance and this is common, but nothing that compromises comfort....
