Michele is very responsive and helpful. The place is near everything we needed for making our daily lives easier.

From the first moment, the host Fernando's house was a salvation! She matches the photos a lot and finds herself on a very safe street (a rarity in SP) The biggest problem we had during our stay was the washing machine that didn't work and the clothesline that was a little small. I chose to wash the clothes by hand during the stay **but it was purely my own choice**. Fernando is a first-class host and I'm sure he would solve the problem if I insisted. When the house has a problem (whether it's a gas shortage or a shower that burns out), Fernando offers solutions and covers the expenses to ensure a peaceful stay. Finally, the _only_ problem is that the amenities in the listing do not match 100% with those of the house (for example, the coffee maker, there is none), but it is still the best choice I could have made to spend a long stay in São Paulo, and if I return, it will definitely be to this same house. I highly recommend it! 9.9/10!

Cozy apartment, check-in was very easy. The only thing missing is a table and chairs for meals.

Eliane is very attentive! Cozy place, with everything very clean and organized. He gave me several recommendations for places to eat, I highly recommend it and if I go back to Nova Odessa, that's where I want to stay!
