Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Novi Sad

Susanna is a very sweet and helpful person. We felt like we were in our own home. I recommend staying at Susan's place to everyone.

Very convenient place. Quiet and secured. Within walking distance from amenities. Taxi ride to the city Centre is fast and super affordable. Great experience!

I was worried that it would be noisy because it was close to the station and the main street, but it was quiet late at night and early in the morning. It was a short 10-minute walk from the bus terminal, so it was easy to check in even with a large suitcase.The building and facilities are not new, but generally clean and tidy.If you are staying for a few days, no problem. I checked in at 1:30 pm according to the bus time, which was very helpful.

Great apartment and a great price. I will definitely look to rent the same apartment when I come back to Novi Sad.

Everything was great, the apartment has great view on the city, rooms were very clean and design was exceptionally pleasant. Plus parking lot was near the building.

Great place and great host!

My host is very helpful and willing to go extra mile just to make people feel comfortable and home. He bought french press just because i asked if there is a coffee machine and the next day she got it. She showed me around and thought me everything there is to know for a great time in Novi Sad. The house is very comfortable with anything you need. Furniture is good quality and handpicked, its not like renting company houses. The walls are thick so there is no noise from outside or neighbors. Bed is very comfortable. Overall i can’t find better place to stay.

We had a wonderful one - night stay in Lisa's apartment. Everything was prepared for our comfort! Lisa is a great hostess, she is pet-friendly and met us in person! Thank you, dear owner!

Very cute and modern apartment in a great location close to restaurants, stores and most importantly attractions like Fruska Gora National Park, beautiful Fortress on the Danube, etc. It was also wonderful to see hundreds of young people biking or walking the streets at all hours of the day/night without worry. With so many great historical places, beautifully preserved, no wonder Novi Sad was the European Capital of Culture in 2021.

We were a larger group with different interests, and this place really worked great for everyone. Some stayed home and enjoyed the pool, others took advantage of the beautiful surroundings for hiking and biking, and we all loved Novi Sad with its many restaurants and pubs. The olive garden house was a perfect fit, 4 kids took thebone bedroom, and the parents got a bedroom each. The 3 bathrooms were a bit small, but we could make it work with no issues. Kitchen was well equipped, although we mostly took advantage of the many great restaurants closeby. We were only sad we stayed so short, but definately plan to come back again for a longer period.

A fantastic accommodation, Nikola was always available and helped us with everything. We felt so comfortable that we would have liked to stay longer. We can only recommend it:D

Aleksandar is a great host. Very responsive, welcoming, and kind. The apartment was beautiful, clean, well-equipped. The location is amazing - next to a grocery store and bakery and close to the city centre (5-10 min of walking). Would recommend it and will definitely come back :)
