Capacité du logement 12 pers avec le canapé convertible dans le salon (10 pers avec les 4 ch).

Zoo de la Flèche à 20 min, 25 min du circuit des 24H, 25 min des parcours de golf des 24H et de Baugé, château du Lude, Le Loir à vélo, le lac de Mansigné.
