Holiday rentals with beach access in Nubeena

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

This was the perfect base for our stay in Hobart. The apartment was lovely, quiet and clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was walking distance from the CBD and the views over Hobart were lovely. Great, very helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

Richard's place was fantastic! Great location, only a few minutes drive into the restaurants and supermarkets of Sandy Bay, and only 10 minutes into Hobart city. The home was beautifully presented and incredibly warm, comfortable and cosy, with all amenities and appliances one could need for a great stay. Whenever we messaged Richard, he or his property manager always responded very quickly, were extremely helpful, considerate and pleasant to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Julie's place is a fantastic place to stay in Hobart. It was super convenient, cozy and peaceful, and we felt right at home. There was even a lovely little box of treats on the dining table waiting for us when we arrived! Would highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at Ken’s place! Was a pleasure waking up and going to sleep with that view. Breathtaking! Fantastic home with everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Didn’t want to leave the view!

Blissful couple of nights at this cosy Bruny cottage. We were so lucky with the weather, cold clear skys. We even got some Lady Aurora activity. The cottage was very warm and the bed was soooooo comfortable. Just a quick trip to the Bruny Island Hotel made dinner a breeze. Location is great as it was not far to the south or to Adventure Bay. Loved spending time on the deck or enjoying the view from the lounge. Look forward to returning.

We’re really enjoy staying at Thierry’s place and Peter really nice and helpful with checking in, quick responses with all questions which make our stay smooth and convenient. The place very beautiful, super clean and has everything we need in his kitchen. I’d recommend to stay here and will book here again next time if we’ll be back to Tasmania again next time.

If you ever think about a place where the company of the person you are with can then be matched by the surroundings, comfort and atmosphere this is it. We had a lovely stay at Oskar’s place. Everything was spotlessly clean, he was a great communicator and lovely warm and comfy beds and a fabulous view. Oskar offered early check in as he knew we were arriving in the morning, so made the house available for us.

We had a lovely stay at Spring Beach. The hosts were very helpful, the house was beautiful and in an excellent location. We would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful area. Well thought out space with all you need for comfortable stay in Tassie! Very spacious, convenient kitchen and sufficient heating. It was a pleasure staying here. Will be back for sure!

An amazing location and spot, the hosts were attentive and the room was spotless and adorably homely! Not to mention the amazing views, sad we didn’t book for longer! Definitely will be back next time.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!
