Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nuevo Vallarta

Alexander’s place was outstanding. It’s kept in great condition and clean. While we didn’t need kitchen stuff. It had all we needed and much more. Beds were comfortable. Though couple of the pillows were too firm for our tastes but totally understand how some like them. Pool was great! And clean. Would recommend and would look here if we are in PV in the future.

I highly recommend staying at Vallarta Shores, at Daniel’s place. Everything was BETTER than described! We had an amazing time, with the amazing pool, view, beds and an amazing chef. I was most excited about the amazing bed sheets and want to know where to get the exact same ones. They were so comfortable!! I will absolutely be back! Thank you for the great stay!

Breathtaking views and very comfortable! Our only issue was we couldn’t access the gym as guests staying less than a month. Other than that the property and condo were gorgeous and immaculate.

Excellent place. Very close to everything but in a fairly quiet area. Flexible check-in and check-out times, and the best part is that they accept pets.

This place is amazing. It has so much character and charm. The private terrace is so cool! You get the best sunset views and it's the best place to hang out during the day or by night. The bed is super comfortable and the location is perfect. You're really close to everything yet it's on a quiet street and you're up quite high so you have a nice private, relaxing place to enjoy. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Puerto Vallarta.

Everything here was incredible. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had incredible views and was the perfect location. A 3 minute walk from the beach and within minutes of walking to everything in Zona Romantica, while also still being quiet and peaceful. The front desk security were always present and made us feel safe. And the rooftop pool area was amazing too. Truly an incredible experience and I would love to come back sometime!

The accommodation is very nice and they think of many details, the beach club makes all the difference, there are many pools. I would come back!

My partner and I had a lovely time in Puerto Vallarta at Andrew’s place. The rooftop pool and hot tub were our favorite spots! We didn’t use the kitchen to cook anything but it was thoroughly equipped. Thank you to Andrew and Jesus for their wonderful hospitality!

Loved it. The facilities were outstanding. Great area. The bedroom was in the back so less noise. I loved the lap pool.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

my second stay, this time with my dogs. perfect with the garden. Everything very enjoyable. Communication with Ben is easy . If there is something to fix, he is on it right away. I would stay here any time again

Karol's place was beautiful as pictured and clean. She is very responsive. We love staying at the Nayri building, the rooftop is stunning and it is in the middle of all the attractions of the Zona Romantica in PV.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and Oscar was always at hand to help out, very responsive! And my dog and I got a good workout on the steps to get to our apartment! Very quite great views, small balcony with great views! I enjoyed my stay at Oscars!

Margaret’s home was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta as a family, and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Carmen and her husband Fidel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They helped us book incredible activities and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. Carmen’s cooking was a highlight—every meal was delicious and made with so much care. The pool was a hit with the kids—they practically lived in it! We spent so much quality time together as a family by the pool, which made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Our stay was amazing! We celebrated my sister’s bachelorette party and had a wonderful time. The view is stunning and it’s the perfect place to unwind with your friends. Gabriela was very responsive and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again! One thing to note, the roads in the neighborhood are very steep and uneven. Would make sense to uber everywhere, especially at night.

Our family loved our stay at Milton's. Hotel amenities with privacy. Great location. We were even allowed to check out later to better accommodate our flight home.

This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

Loved our stay at Andrea's place! Great location, very large and comfortable unit. Really great space for 3 couples. Everything we needed to cook meals. Balcony is huge, the view is beautiful, and the unit is very convenient to the elevator that goes down to the pool/beach. The resort is very well kept and staff were very friendly. Andrea was really great regarding communications. The resort tries to sell you the all-inclusive option and have you go to a timeshare breakfast when checking in, but we declined. Attending the breakfast gives you lots of discounts at the resort, but we were only there for 3 days, so we didn't want to spend any of our time on that. We found the prices at the restaurants/bars at the hotel to be fairly reasonable.

Angela gave us excellent attention, the beach is very close I take a disabled person and has all the facilities for our accommodation. I recommend it to 100

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

This was a very beautiful place. My family enjoyed it very much. I was a bit dissapointed with the elevators not working and having to hike up and down the stairs. Other than that the views are breaktaking. The house is super nice, spacious, and comfortable. I will definately reccommend this to everyone except people with a dissability ( just because theres alot os stairs, if the elevators work again then yes it is for everyone)

Excellent accommodation is noted for its cleanliness and a variety of amenities. It is strategically located close to attractions and public transportation, and offers a good value for the price. It also has positive reviews. The views of the bay are spectacular; we even saw dolphins in the distance. I guess in whale season they could be seen from the balcony.

The condo is very clean, very spacious, and is overlooking a massive pool and patio area, that is meticulously maintained by the friendly and helpful staff. It is such a large area you feel as though you have it all to yourself, there are lots of trees and the area is very private. Alejandro is a very accommodating host, he was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The condo is within walking distance to the marina where you will find many great restaurants. We were able to purchase wrist bands to access Vidanta, there is cart service to pick you up and drop you off at the door as well. There aren’t enough stars to give! we had a wonderful vacation here, and would absolutely recommend Alejandro and this property to anyone. We truly felt at home here! Muchas gracias!

We stayed for a month at Beths place in Aria Ocean. The complex has a beautiful large pool area and the Beach is very nice too. There are plenty of chairs and loungers to be had at the Beach and pool. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Beth is very responsive and made the check in and check out experience a breeze. I was having some dental work done while there . . . so we wanted a nice relaxing place with a fantastic pool to chill at, good internet and the ability to walk to Bucerias. This place checked all boxes. We would not hesitate to recommend Beths place to a friend or family. Thanks, Beth.
