This two-story villa is located 600 meters from Nungwi best beach. It has six en-suite rooms. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor, two are on the second floor. The center and bustling streets of Nungwi are a 10-15-minute walk away. Our neighbors are two cozy restaurants, perfect for breakfast and dinner. A beautiful, well-maintained pool with a fountain is nestled among greenery and flowers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The gazebo is perfect for relaxing with friends and family in nature.

Alcyone residence - Ocean view terrace

Alcyone-is an escape in nature on the ocean coast-it's perfect for being with yourself. Located near Muyuni beach, opposite to the island Mnemba. In this area are not many tourists and you can enjoy the beauty and peace of our villa and fantastic ocean view. Next Restaurant is 2 min. walking, they also deliver food home if needed. Here you are completely independent, we provide free parking, equiped kitchen and everithing needed. We have 2 pools, a terrace with ocean view & a lot of space

Kilua Villa, located in Matemwe is steps from the sea with a sandy beach and perfect views of Mnemba island. It is Matemwe’s premier ocean front villa offering comfort and casual elegance. Heritage Sunset Retreat Zanzibar is a fully secured development of 5 villas, within the gazetted area of the Old Portugese Fort of Fukuchani village, 10mn away from Kendwa and Nungwi villages.
