The villa is located 650 meters from the best beaches in Nungwi, between the RIU and Royal Zanzibar hotels. There are a total of 6 rooms for guests. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and the second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Shops are a 7-10 minute walk away. A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a gazebo and parking lot on the premises.

Just Heaven

Imagine waking up in the Just Heaven apartment, 120 m² of luxury on the first floor, suspended just above the ocean. Welcome to Malkia House! It offers two bedrooms, each equipped with ceiling fans, a walk-in dressing room and a spacious bathroom. The spacious living room with sofa bed and the kitchen (both with ceiling fan) invite you to cook, eat and linger together. In 5 minutes walk you will be in the main square of Nungwi where you will find small supermarkets, souvenirs and plenty of restaurants. This is one of the best locations in Nungwi.
