This was our second stay with Stephanie after returning from Mikumi, and it was just as lovely as the first. She was very considerate and even offered us an early check-in if needed. We really enjoyed relaxing in the cosy living room, watching Netflix, and enjoying the breeze. Shops are within walking distance if you like to explore, but I especially appreciated having a peaceful space to rest, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and convenient laundry facilities before heading off to work in another region. Stephanie even kindly offered to send us anything we might need from Dar while we were away for work. There were also books available — I just wish I had time to finish the one I started! She was always responsive and full of great recommendations.

Prashila’s place was beautiful. Amazing furniture, nicely designed, great amenities, washing machine. She was a fantastic host, super responsive, very helpful, flexible, and offered us a late check out. Would highly recommend. The location is convenient for downtown, it is a 4 flight walk up, but Prashila has people to help with the luggage. As it is downtown, it is noisy but this is expected for booking a place in town. Overall, very comfortable stay and look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you

Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

We had a fantastic stay and felt right at home. The beds were super comfortable and the projector a big highlight for the kids. The staff was super friendly, and the host too. I highly recommend this place and hope it will be available next time I return to Arusha!

Our stay at the villa was perfect, we enjoyed all the peace and quiet that the villa offers. Everything you need is within walking distance (beach, restaurants, bar, etc.), where you are greeted warmly by the locals every time, as if you have been living there for years. This is a little gem, hidden in a local area. Highly recommended.

The house is wonderfully private, making it ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet it’s close enough to explore Zanzibar’s many attractions. The host is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure every need is met. Her warmth, attention to detail, and local tips made the experience unforgettable. Simone was a lovely host! Responded super quickly. Saïd picked us up from the airport and was always ready. Mtumwa poetse wonderful! Sparkling clean. Beds were wonderfully changed every 4 days. If electricity and water failures, there was a generator. Nice! Beach in front of the door not really clean, but a short walk and you have a nice beach. In the house an info folder with all kinds of tips for trips. You can ask the helpful Saïd as a driver, or someone else. Children from the neighborhood play in front of the door on the beach. We enjoyed it! Put your chair on the beach at 5.30 pm and look at the fishing boats that come back with their catch. The house has a lovely veranda with dining table and chairs, where you can have breakfast etc. We had a lovely stay of 4 weeks and thank Simone for the good communication! Tip: bring aea for the children. They are really poor.

The property was spotless and Juli went above and beyond by leaving some food and drink for us in the fridge which was a very generous gesture. Lovely gated property with security guards available 24/7 so safety was never an issue. Also housekeeping was available upon request which was very handy. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Jambiani/Paje.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Maia’s place. The garden is spectacular and the sunsets even more so and with clear sky’s you can get some pretty great star gazing in too. The icing on the cake was Nema the house keeper/chef her cooking was amazing. Would definitely recommend for family or friends.

Leah’s place was great. Clean and safe . I stayed 1 night here. Leah was very responsive. I arrived after midnight and she still answered her phone when I arrived . I would stay here again

Stunning property, very modern and chic. Check in was a breeze as there were staff on property 24/7 ready to accommodate your needs. The day housekeeper- Esther was really lovely and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. I would highly recommend.

I had a great weekend away with my family at this facility, it was a home away from home. A very good, clean and well taken care home which was friendly for not only Adults but Children too. Nourmaniy was an amazing host, I got everything I needed as quick as I expected. If you are looking for a home for you or your family, this one is the right place.
