Everything was impeccable, the house was well equipped, it had everything you needed to have a good stay. In addition, it is very well located, everything is close and the sector is very quiet. Mr. Jaime is also very kind, his attention and willingness is evident. When we arrived, the stove was on for the cold, which is very much appreciated.

We were passing through Santiago, but the place accommodated us 100%, it was close to where we needed to go, with good community. The mall was next door! David also allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. He was very attentive to our arrival. We appreciate it, we will definitely return!!

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

We recommend the Bárbara depto, very clear instructions, secure access to the building's private parking. The building staff is very friendly. The very comfortable apartment for two people, clean, new, neat. All the essentials, plus important cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar and coffee) Unbeatable value for money. For Argentines who are used to heating, stay quiet in Barbara's depto, there is a single stove but it reaches to heat the depto. We recommend it!

Excellent apartment for two people (couple or family) in a residential and very quiet area of Santiago, there are very good restaurants nearby such as Golfo Di Napoli and if you plan to take the subway, it is only a 5-minute walk, the apartment is clean and has everything you need for a week's stay. Arturo always responded to us promptly even early in the morning. He was a super friendly host and provided clear instructions. Amenities were comprehensive, and the location was good. Convenient and walkable to many major attractions and some lovely neighborhoods like Lastarria.

Everything was excellent. Very good location, very safe area and building. The apartment is super practical. The cool desk for my son who had to keep online classes. It has a hairdryer. Nearby subway stations and supermarket. We hope to return soon! Thank you ☺️

Very good place, easy to get to and get around. The apartment was clean, well lit. We stayed only one night and it had everything we needed to get there quietly.
