The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

JokiLaakso ~ maalaistalo ~ countryside house

JokiLaakso on tunnelmaltaan perinteinen vanhanajan mummola, mummon mökki, jonka ensimmäinen osa on rakennettu 1920 luvulla. Se sijaitsee maaseudun rauhassa, revontulien alla ja kesäöiden valossa, mutta vain 500m päässä 4-tieltä. Se on mainio paikka myös välietapiksi matkalla pohjoiseen. Alakerrassa on makuuhuone, keittiö, pesutilat, sauna, kodinhoitohuone ja olohuone. Yläkertaan valmistuu makuutiloja 1-2/26. Keittiön varustus palvelee vaativampaakin kokkia/leipuria.
