Relax in the midst of nature at Simojoki's campground! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. From the yard, you can access the forest, where there are paths and, in winter, sled tracks. The house has a kitchen, a wood-fired sauna, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, an air-source heat pump, Wi-Fi, and a view of Simijoki. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! A barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! Electric car charging for a different fee - to be agreed!

JokiLaakso ~ countryside house ~

JokiLaakso has the atmosphere of a traditional old-fashioned granny's cottage. The first part of the house was built in the 1920s. Located in the peace of the countryside, under the Northern Lights and in the light of summer nights, but only 500 meters from Highway 4. Downstairs there is a bedroom, a kitchen, laundry facilities, a sauna, a utility room, and a living room with a sofa bed. There are 4 beds upstairs. The kitchen equipment is suitable even for the most demanding chef/baker. Modern heating. Home-like, suitable for those who appreciate it.

An architect's home close to nature in Hailuoto

Villa Kaarna is a home built by two architects for themselves. The building's spaces are connected to each other in an airy way. From the windows you can see the pine forest, your own courtyard or sometimes even the northern lights. You can enjoy peace, a fireplace, sauna, nature and the nearby Pöllä beach. This place is suitable for a family as well as a group of friends, or even for a longer stay for someone working remotely. There is also a separate glazed summer room in the courtyard, where it is comfortable to sit from evening until night.

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Villa Wanha Hamina

In the historic Old Hamina, Iin, the apartment in the courtyard of a detached house is an atmospheric stopover about 500m from the highway. Iijoki is a stone's throw away, you can even see a glimpse of it from the window. The main building is home to a family of three. The municipality of Ii is known for its culture and art, and the host Minna can tell you about the history, sights and culture of Ii. Ii's services are close and Oulu is a 30-minute drive. The apartment has been completely renovated in the spring of 2024.

Historic Log House by the Sea

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Space for 4-5 people, beach sauna can be booked separately for 30€/h, (sauna is preheated and shifts between 6 pm and 10 pm)

This atmospheric compact house with a cozy lakeside sauna and private beach in the yard must be seen and experienced on your own. Great for staying overnight or longer stays. In the winter, on the river's ice, you'll find fishing spots for skiing, plenty of walking trails, and sledding. In the summer, you can enjoy swimming, boating, or fishing. There is a private dock for your boat at the beach. You can also use the experience services offered by the local company Iisland, which is located very close by.
