Welcome to Grindstugan (4+2 Beds, 60 m2), a charming and functional house in the middle of picturesque Nora. Fully equipped cottage close to hiking trails, bike trails and ski trails. A stone's throw from Nora Square and the swimming and padel/tennis hall. Bathing area at about 10 minutes walking distance. About 30 minutes by car to Örebro. The garden is shared with the host family and other guests, but you have access to your own barbecue and patio in the south/west position where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun.

FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Perfekt hus för dig som planerar att flytta till Sverige under tiden du letar efter ditt drömhus.

The grand piano is perfect for couples, small families, or those seeking retreat with soul and nature.

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Ca 3 mil norrut ligger Klotens fiskevårdsområde. Närhet till Bergslagsleden. Badplatser finns inom närområdet. Avstånd till Stockholm ca 18 mil och till Örebro ca 4.5 mil. I Lindesberg finns tågstation.
