Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Our cozy and comfy annexe in the garden is quiet and you can relax. It can be a place to rest, to work or to study. We are located in the Clarendon park area, the trendy area in Leicester. 30 minutes walking from the center 10 minutes walking from university of Leicester. You will have our newly decorated annexe downstairs an open little kitchen with a sitting area and bathroom, upstairs you will have your bedroom with a king bed.

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
