Townhome holiday rentals in Oak Ridge

We were there for a volleyball tournament event at the convention center. This was a 5 minute drive from the townhouse to convention center. Also very close to the grocery store and other restaurants. The town house was roomy and had high ceilings. My family is tall and that was the first thing they noticed. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was good. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Walking distance to the pool - was not far walk. The place felt like home and I would stay here again.

We decided to stay in Orlando after a long trip, doing some search we found Marianne’s place . I sent a message to her asking how to stay in her condo and she responded right away. It was the right decision! My family was so happy with everything . All was clean and nice !! Definitely we’ll comeback! Thank you so much !!

We spent two weeks at Disney parks and this place was an excellent choice for our family of 3. We were close enough to take breaks during the hottest parts of the day. Andrea's place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities provided and clear instructions for check in/out. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent host!!

Nice location, right size for family vacation and kids enjoyed bunk beds a lot.. Very nearer to Disney parks, I would highly recommend and would consider again for my future Orlando vacation.

We are so grateful to have found this beautiful space. We really enjoyed all of the little thoughtful and cute decor details and the style of the villa. The community was quiet and felt safe. My husband and I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the unit and the comfort of the furniture, especially the beds! We appreciated the extra items, like the blow dryer and the soaps. The quality of the towels and linens were great. The wine was a thoughtful touch, though neither of us drink. The location is phenomenal! We were so close to everything! We were able to explore so much! We offer a special thanks to Kenny and his family for opening this home to us! I definitely recommend staying here whether you are going to Universal or Disney. So much to explore!

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was in a perfect location—very close to Disney properties, which made getting around super easy. The condo itself was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed to get our trip started. While we didn’t use the pools on the property, we did enjoy the hot tub in the condo, which was a great bonus. The gated community felt very safe, and being so close to a grocery store and Walgreens was incredibly convenient. Overall, a solid place to stay for a Disney trip!

I enjoy staying at Regal oaks I book every year. I booked with Paula this time and the town house was amazing. Very clean spotless. It had everything we need for our stay. She checked in to make sure we didn’t had any inconvenience. I would definitely book with her again .

The location was easy to find, and check-in was simple. The gate and door codes worked perfectly as indicated. The house looked exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a TV in each bedroom. We did experience a minor incident and reached out to Bruce for assistance. He responded promptly to help resolve the issue, which we greatly appreciated. One note: we were instructed to leave the garbage at the front door for pickup, but it was not collected during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and the house was a lovely spot for our family vacation.

John’s place is exactly as it looks in the photos. upon check-in, it was a very clear easy check-in process. He provided easy instructions on how to get to the home and how to enter. Everything was clean with a few exceptions of the pillowcases, but besides that everything looked exactly like the listing. He also had everything you needed for your stay, utensil, shampoo, conditioner, towels, you name it. The location of the home is conveniently close to a lot of the downtown areas icon park. I would say it’s pretty central- perfect location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I was in Orlando for a convention and this place was perfect. I truly wish I could’ve experience more of the amenities they had to offer. But I was so busy with the convention and tired when I got back. The place puts you right to sleep because it feels like home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking with them again when I have a small group. Melissa & Joe made sure they had no room for error with messages informing me about everything there is to do around in the area. Also to making sure there place was tidy. I can keep going on and on yet the point is there place was great and so were they.

We stayed at Bruna’s because we were celebrating a birthday. Everything looked really nice and clean and Bruna even left a couple of birthday decorations, which was really sweet of her! 10/10 definitely recommend!

The home was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. The location was perfect drive to Disney and easy to navigate, lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping stores. This is my second time staying with the same host, highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Great place for our extended family of 8 (4 young kids) for our 5 night stay. Plenty of space and the kids rooms were lots of fun. The water park in the complex was fantastic and a great place to cool off for the morning or after a long day out and about. Close to everything you need for a family vacation in the Orlando area. Only comment would be to have a few pantry staples/extra kitchen utensils available for those on a longer stay. Would book again if we make another trip to Central Florida.

Val and Dave’s place was absolutely charming and everything the listing said. It was a wk derail place for a family vacation. My teenagers loved it. We can’t wait to go back.

I am really big on clean, and this place was overly clean, very spacious and the host was great! It is very close to many dining options and shopping! I totally recommend!!

Staying at this lovely place for the second time. Pet Friendly ❤️❤️❤️, lovely one bedroom townhouse, very clean and comfortable, lake front, great location and very safe, 20 minutes from Disney and Universal.

Lovely place to stay and Ronald is a great host, there was no kettle when we got there and Ronald had one delivered for us the next morning. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great place and its location it’s the best near everything and everything is around the Conner we loved this place and the pools are a nice touch and you will have a great time here totally recommend

Very clean. Excellent location right next to Old Town. If you came for the major theme parks, don’t skip over Old Town. Super fun 60s vibe with rides, shops, games, and classic car cruises every Saturday. I was amazed at all the wildlife we saw right there on the property. An entire herd of 8 deer were walking right through the area. Very peaceful surroundings. Nice property with a pool, gym, market, and sports bar. Very close to Disney.
