Brian’s place was perfect for a mother-daughter getaway. Very clean, quiet, and located close to so many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to return!

This is a really awesome place. You feel very removed and right in nature (a short walk from a beautiful hike) but just a short 10 minute drive to downtown. It was also super easy to get an Uber/Lyft. The cabin was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay again!

Santa’s 2nd floor apt was well equipped and very comfortable for the two of us. It was convenient to downtown Montecito and Santa Barbara. Check in was seamless and Santa was quick to respond. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and living area were of good size. We would rent again next time we’re in the Santa Barbara area.

My friends and I booked this stay for our weekend girls trip. It was everything we were looking for! Great location if you don’t mind noise late into the night and early morning—which we didn’t. The host was very quick to respond to our questions as well. This stay will be truly one to remember in our books!

We had a very pleasant stay here. We were able to walk to everything nearby, but it is an easy 15-20minute walk, depending on your destination. We were able to walk to the pier/beach, as well as the promenade and restaurants. The apartment itself was fabulous, spacious enough for 2 people. Everything was super clean and comfortable. This place works out great if you don't want to cook. There is a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee and tea pot, toaster and some dishes. It was everything we needed since we had planned on going out for our meals. Great location in a very nice neighborhood, in a historic building. Jennifer was great at communicating and always responded quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mila’s place. She was very responsive and always replied quickly. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and has a very cozy backyard. We were staying with our dog and really appreciated how convenient it was to let both our daughter and the dog play safely in the backyard. There’s a train that occasionally passes behind the yard, but during our 3-day stay, I didn’t hear it at all — only saw it once. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent place! Cozy, clean and close to everything we needed. Joey responded quickly to any questions. The only thing I would suggest is that specific instructions for the heating/ac/wifi be placed somewhere and it be suggested that if renters have any disabilities or mobility issues the steps be defined better. Other than that it was excellent! Thank you Joey!

This stay was so far the best Airbnb stay I have ever had. I have traveled throughout the US and Mexico, and definitely exceeded my expectations for the time and price. I would even stay there long term if available. Thank you Alex!

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn and Maurice’s apartment! We had an early flight and were already in town waiting on our 3 o’clock check in when she let us know it was all ready for us, which was a relief because we needed to rest. Just after getting in we were surprised with fresh baked cookies that were delicious! That place was nice and clean and had everything you could need. I walked to the beach morning and night and it was quick and easy. I was very glad to see a first aid kit and beach towels since we had forgotten towels and bandaids. Ventura was home so we were in town visiting family and the place even had Tupperware so I was prepared to snatch my great aunt’s leftovers to enjoy at the apartment later. We were lucky enough to meet both Carolyn and Maurice in the driveway and chat for a bit. The couple times I needed anything Carolyn was quick to respond anywhere from 30 secs to 20 mins on messaging and they were just a minute away upstairs. Great place & hosts! 5 star

I had a very late check in and Jennifer accommodated my needs. She was responsive and able to get me checked in even though it was very last minute and late. I appreciate her willingness to help and work with me.

The place is very spacious, high ceilings throughout. The bedroom has comfortable king-sized bed and plenty of extra room. The shower is huge, does take a while to warm up so patience is required. The location is walking distance from all the main shops, restaurants and the beach. All in all, great stay in Carpinteria.

We loved our stay - Casita Ochs sold us with the views of the ocean. Located just 2 blocks from the beach steps, and within walking distance or a quick drive to restaurants and shops of Santa Barbara. The unit is very thoughtfully appointed with comfortable furniture, brand new high tech appliances and stocked amenities like tea, coffee and home-grown fruits! Sheri and Ray were above and beyond hosts. Their recommendations were spot on for places to visit and they made our visit so special by taking their personal time to help us get to see the area and its beauty from their local perspective. A TRUE GEM of an AirBnB, a testament to the value of human connection!

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

Maddi responded quickly. House was very comfortable and well located near East Beach. There was a handy small market nearby. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place is as beautiful as the pictures and we loved being able to walk to the main drag with tons of restaurants and coffee shops in Montecito, as well as Butterfly beach. We enjoyed relaxing at the house and kept the windows/doors open in the afternoon for the fresh ocean breeze and enjoyed cooking dinner at the house one of the nights. The jacuzzi was lovely.

The location was wonderful and the space was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to spend time and allow me to connect with my family that lived in Santa Clarita. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place. I've stayed there a couple of times already. Communication is always a breeze. Check in is automated and easy. The apartment complex is beautiful and the area is nice.
