It is a very nice house. My friends, two dogs and I spent a long weekend at the house and had an amazing time. The views are beautiful, the only thing is that there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms and that's always appreciated so you don't have to carry it, so don't forget to bring it. On the other hand, it has everything you need to cook, just make sure you bring the necessary groceries as there are small stores nearby but they close early and if you forgot something you will have to go a little further.

It is a very comfortable house to spend as a family within the Lomas de Cocoyoc fractionation, all the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are glued to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable, the area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the fractionation, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

This is the second time we've stayed here, we'll definitely be back because it's a beautiful house, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing I would change would be the mattresses, they are not so comfortable, they feel misshapen. But in general, the place is worth it for a quiet weekend.

A very quiet place, with the sounds of birds

We were happy!! The hosts' service was excellent, they had a super nice touch, the pool and garden were the best! The gardener is super attentive, I give him a 10. Everything seemed nice to me, the house is super nice, everything is a 100!!!

For those of us who want to be close to nature this place is a paradise. It's amazing verl to the wild and how they relate to each other. In addition to lots of flora and fauna surrounding the place. The house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need for a quiet and environmentally friendly stay. Fernanda told us everything about the place and the great effort that has been made and is done to mentenerlo. Always warm and helpful, there was a lot of empathy and we made friends right away. La Quinta is very nice and nice , close to road but away from the noise of it, the place feels safe. Always attentive and willing him and his staff. Except that the pool needs a little more cleaning, everything else is very good.

I really liked the place. It is large and in a quiet and private area. The kitchen is very well equipped and the whole house was clean. Ariane was kind and responded quickly.

The house is beautiful! The photos don't do it justice, my family and I were delighted and we definitely want to come back. The land is huge, inside Ismael and his wife lives that were always due to us (in case we had any orders from the store) the attention from Raul and they were always friendly and their response was always immediate. It is true that it requires a bit of maintenance but they are small, nothing that would keep us from enjoying or resting. The amazing grill area, the amazing court, the amazing pool, the amazing spaces! If we have the opportunity to visit again, we won't miss it!

Casa Tezo is an excellent option to rest for a few days and get out of the routine. Maryel was always very nice and with Mrs. Karina they were always aware. The house is a very good size and there is everything to be able to cook and not have to go out to anything. The pool is delicious and with the barbecue outside it was functional enough to enjoy the outdoor food. No doubt in the first opportunity we are going back to rest at home Tezo. 😊

Lorena always responded to messages in a timely manner, and Alicia was very kind in facilitating an accessible arrival. The accommodation is amazing; in fact, the photos don't do it justice. Although our visit coincided with the rainy season, we were able to enjoy the pool at times. We had some problems that we shared privately with Lorena, who was very attentive and assertive in providing us with a solution. I would definitely highly recommend this accommodation as an excellent choice.

The house is just as described, suitable for pets, seniors and children, with privacy in the bedrooms, utensils in the kitchen for breakfast and simple food, it has super Aurrrà and a BBB nearby and places to order food at home.

My family and I spent 8 blissful days at Guido’s Cuernavaca cottage. This turned out to be one of those truly standout Airbnb experiences, one we deeply appreciated. The cottage and garden are simple but striking. Really, we barely left the house. We could not get enough of it. It had one of those peaceful, tranquil feelings to it that you rarely find anywhere, a sort of stillness that did not make you feel anything but peaceful joy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Lilia and Guido were exceedingly accommodating and we liked meeting Toto, who manages the garden with a great deal of dedicated and care. We enjoyed nighttime meals around the large table and tea made from the leaves of the plants in the garden. The kitchen seemed to have everything we could possibly need to cook. We loved the jam and hibiscus water that Lilia left for us. And the beds were super comfortable. We’d definitely choose this home again and again.

We had a great experience. It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. A great place to go to disconnect and for a relaxing getaway.

Irma was such a communicative, attentive and gracious host. And the house itself is wonderful- nestled in the mountains of Ocotitlan with a stunning hike only minutes away. I highly recommend this airbnb. Very comfortable, all the amenities you need. Right across the street is a lovely little restaurant with pizzas and empanadas. :)

Beautiful place, very nice to rest and spend time with family, I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy nature and delicious fruit trees!! The pool design is not easily accessible for older adults, but they can easily be in the jacuzzi area because it has steps!! We definitely hope to return!!

The owner is very good and I have everything. There is a lot of insect but well you are in a paradise in the middle of nature and it is to be expected.

Excellent hosts have everything necessary to spend a pleasant weekend away from the noise of any city, the delicious pool was not necessary to use the boiler.

The house is very nicely cared for, clean, with good spaces and amenities and offers plenty of privacy. Monica is very friendly and an excellent host, she was always attentive to our questions and was quick to respond. He was also very prompt in sharing local recommendations with us. We really enjoyed our stay.
