The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We had a great stay in the very charming cottage! It was very spacious, super cozy and we had everything we needed! Small note: our clothes smelled quite strongly of fire after the overnight stay! The smell is in the house and did not bother us directly, but was quite noticeable in the morning.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. The property is immaculate, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit. Nestled in a stunning location, it serves as a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. We were fortunate to enjoy glorious spring weather, which made relaxing on the lovely patio after a day of sightseeing even more delightful. We wholeheartedly recommend this place—it's a 10/10 experience!

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The property was extremely well-furnished with modern, high-end technology throughout. The outdoor yard was a highlight—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The home had every amenity we could have asked for and more. It’s located in a lovely town and a beautiful area, making it the perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

Stefanie was a wonderful host! The area was beautiful. Our family of 5 did great here. Beautiful home and large main bathroom. Our daughter uses a wheel chair and everything worked out great. Would stay here again. Close to everything. We had a car and was able to go into Munich and also drive to various castles and Salzburg. She’s a perfect host!

Was a very pleasant stay with Katja. She gave us good tips for excursions. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather, but we were able to make ourselves comfortable with the stove in the house. The location is very quiet and you don't have long travel times for excursions.

We had a great week with Katharina and her family! The accommodation was just as beautiful as in the photos – quietly located, with a wonderful garden to relax in. We especially liked the pool and the sauna, which was a highlight for my daughter. The many animals on the property were also great. Overall, a very relaxed and restful time - thank you!

The accommodation was easy to reach. You could get in flexibly and easily. Very cozy and clean, we lacked nothing in the furnishings. The bathing pond is surprisingly well chosen and could be used throughout. The sauna offers plenty of seating and lounging areas with a beautiful viewing window and breathtaking views directly into the forest The surroundings were quiet and full of nature, perfect for hiking experiences. I was with my sister and my mom for four nights in the apartment and we were all thrilled! The kitchen was very well equipped and there was nothing missing. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. Communication with Waltraud was friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. Highly recommend.

We had lovely days at the property. The oven was a highlight. We had everything we needed. Our excursion destinations were easily accessible in 30 - 45 minutes.

We felt comfortable in the "Murmeltier" from the beginning. The small apartment with the mega balcony is very cozy and the space is optimally used. We lacked nothing and it was immediately a real temporary home. We were also very pleased with the fast and friendly care of the hostess and the loving details for the welcome or in the furnishings. A very good starting point for sightseeing and hiking away from the hustle and bustle of large tourist resorts. Beautiful view from the balcony and very quiet picturesque area. The apartment is very well equipped with all the most necessary items. Very good and fast communication with the owner. A family stay with a dog and children was very successful and we recommend the host and his apartment with all our heart.
