I go on vacation and rent out my entire apartment. It is a cozy, very bright gallery apartment with a south-facing balcony. In summer it gets quite warm, but there are roller blinds and a sunshade for protection and many windows to ventilate at night. Very quiet location, shops and bars are within walking distance. The public transport to public transport is very good. It would be nice if you could water the balcony plants once a day, so that they stay beautiful for a long time.

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.
