The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized resort since 2010 and meets the requirements for climate and air quality. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our guest apartment was renovated in January 2025. Abtsgmünd is located on Federal Highway 19 in the Kocher Valley between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

This newly renovated, 94-square-meter city apartment, featuring a large eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, and a bathroom with natural light, is located on the raised ground floor of our beautiful two-family house, situated in a quiet side street with its own parking spaces in the heart of Heubach. On the furnished balcony you can start the day with breakfast or end comfortably. A bus stop, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, butcher shop, and 2 bakeries offering breakfast can be reached in just 1–2 minutes. Fitters are also welcome.

The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. We look forward to welcoming families with children, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Untergröningen is an Eldorado for hikers, cyclists and bikers in the Kocher Valley metropolis. With its five hamlets and over 40 small hamlets, the state-approved resort offers pure nature. In the village, there is a small supermarket with a butcher and bakery as well as a brewery with a restaurant. For further excursions, there are swimming lakes, museums, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Small and fine 1 room apartment with 36 square meters, built in 2022 in a suburb of Gaildorf on the Kocher/Jagst cycle path. Quiet location to relax for one or more days. From Alexa and Wi-Fi to TV, stove, refrigerator and walk-in shower, everything is available. The question about the reason for the trip is a requirement of Airbnb, but not important to me, just enter ok for example!
