Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhausquartier. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nicht direkt vor Ort, eine Bäckerei/Kaffee ist jedoch in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
