The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Our house is located directly on the Linz main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the main square 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. We arrived late, yet we were received very kindly. For the safety of our little baby, the owner made a grid with his own hands so that he could not fall from the floor/stairs. The next morning, a bowl of fresh organic strawberries was placed in front of our door for our little girl, which was sweet. Beautiful accommodation, environment, furnishings, everything. They thought of everything, we lacked nothing. We wanted to stay there for the return trip, but unfortunately we were not allowed at that time. Next time we go there, we'll go there without question. Thank you for everything! We wish you much success!

The apartment was very well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped, only an oven was missing. The bathroom was large and very clean! Maybe you could hang a few hooks in the apartment and also in the bathroom to let the wet towels dry, for example. But otherwise everything was wonderful!

The communication in advance was very nice and straightforward. On the day of arrival, we were very kindly received by Alex. We felt very comfortable, Alex and his family were very friendly and accommodating. The place is just right. It is well equipped and it is very clean. Everything you need is there. The location of the farm is beautiful and invites you to spend quiet and relaxing hours. It was also a special experience for our son. We will be happy to come back.
