Holiday rentals with a patio in Ocean County

If i could give John Anthony and Alysons condo more than 5 stars i would! The condo was absolutely beautiful. It have everything we needed and was spotless! Location was perfect for exploring since this was our first time in Seaside. Our favorite part was enjoying time on the rooftop and seeing the beautiful sunset from up there. Thank you John Anthony and Alyson!

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

The house is on a quiet road, very walkable to Bay Village. 1 block from the bay and a few from the beach: The location can’t be beat! Deck has a nice gas grill and great view of the bay. Lovely to sit out on the deck for morning coffee. House was clean. We hope to be back next year!

Konrad and his wife are awesome hosts. A few minor things happened with TV and hot water they came and fixed it immediately . The upside of that is I made a new friend. Helene was so nice. I enjoyed my weekend there and I can't wait to go back. The condo was spotless and in a very good location. We were able to walk to Seaside Heights for all the attraction but were happy to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Seaside Park. I am grateful we found a hidden little gem in such a busy holiday weekend. 💕

Super cute apartment that’s super close to the boardwalk and various restaurants. Carmen was fantastic with communicating and answered any and every question. Check in was super easy and smooth! We were met at the apartment, shown parking spots, and given a code to gain access to the apartment. Check out was just as easy!

Very nice and clean home and fit 8 people well. Phyllis was also very friendly and helpful and always responded quickly. Would book again!

Amy’s place was fantastic — clean, modern, and clearly well cared for. It’s fully updated and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making everything feel easy and welcoming. One standout was the bed —super comfortable, which isn’t always the case with shore rentals. You can tell Amy put real thought into making the space feel like home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The house was great, very clean. It was in a perfect location for our purposes. The instructions were very clear and Swapna was very easy to work with.

Heather is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Her home is charming, clean and neat. The kitchen is appropriately stocked. Furniture, including the beds, is clean and comfortable. We stayed while attending a wedding at LBI golf club. LBI is a quick 10-15 minutes drive, very convenient if you’re a golfer! I highly recommend Heather’s place.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

This Stafford Township property proved excellent for our needs. It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well-equipped, the bed and living room comfortable. The house is elevated on pilings, so the outside deck provides great views of the bay and marshland. Two good restaurants are a short walk distant. Despite inclement weather, LBI, Tuckerton, and nearby surroundings provided more to explore than we could manage within a few days. Clear, timely communication with the owners made this visit effortless.

Jayne is an amazing host! This is our 3rd year staying at her home. We love every minute of it. Thank you Jayne for your understanding and kindness.

Dom’s place was a perfect location for our visit with family for the holiday. The house was cozy and had a beautiful view of the bay.

Kevin and Keith are standout hosts. They were extremely fast to respond ahead of our visit and were so accommodating when we had to request a reservation update. The home was wonderful - best location I've ever booked through air bnb. It was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the extra touches like the coffee station put it over the top. Its a fantastic location mere steps from Ocean Gate beach, and a very easy drive to the ocean. We will be booking again for our next trip to NJ!

very nice location and great place to spend time with family! Home was just as described and plenty of room for all. Gregory was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely look into staying here again!

Overall not a bad little space! Location is key. We enjoy biking everywhere.. easy ride to Bay Village/Fantasy Island area with bike lanes a block away. If you bring little kids - a pak n play is a tight fit in the single bed bedroom. We have a smaller Nuna and pushed the bed over a little so it worked. There are blackout curtains in that room tho - much appreciated for nap time. Also no tub, but there's a hand held shower head so we managed. Tons of games in the closet of twin bed bedroom if you encounter rainy days like we did. Lastly, if you instacart or do any delivery, be clear that the address includes Long Beach, NJ.. there's another 30th Street north on the island and GPS doesn't always get it right.

It was our second year staying here and was just as great. We did not have the best weather but with the toys and Playset at the house, it entertained the kids and we were able to enjoy our time off the beach.

The rental was very clean and nice. Walking distance to everything and our host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area

We stayed for the week as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children). The condo is on the third floor and was easily accessible for check in. The space was immaculate, modern, spacious and well layed out, which made our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen was super clean and had all amenities that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were just the right size. The bathroom has the laundry in it and was also very clean and well lit. The entire home is decorated beautifully with a beachy/ Jersey shore theme. We appreciated the TVs and AC in the bedrooms and the two different coffee makers in the kitchen give people a great choice! We enjoyed the short, easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Also, the binder with all instructions and restaurant/ activity recommendations was amazing! The beach passes were a big plus! Overall, Danielle was so very thoughtful and welcoming with all her details in the home. We can't wait to stay again!

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.
