**Wedding Parties: This home is 2 blocks to Hotel LBI, 1 mile to Bonnet Island Estate, 2 miles to Mallard Island. Walk to Bonnet Island using guarded walkway. We go to great length to make your stay easy, so that you can focus on your event. We provide made beds, linens. For the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

It is a quaint cape cod style 3 bedroom and 2 bath home with a large deck and outdoor shower on a secluded, quiet block by the Barnegat Bay. The backyard has an amazing marina view & the front a breathtaking bay view of the sunset & Mathis Bridge. The home is in a residential, family friendly neighborhood. For this reason, we do not accept younger guests (25 yo+). Its secluded location provides a more quiet stay and easy parking within close proximity to all of Seaside Park's attractions.

Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor. Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.

Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
