Holiday rentals with beach access in Ocean Park, Santurce

Maria's place was just what we needed for our first 2 nights in Puerto Rico. It was clean and safe, and was a block away from an excellent local restaurant. There was also a Walgreens a block away, which helped for things we had forgotten. It was well situated relatively near the airport and Old San Juan. And we were able to park in a small gated lot, which eased our mind about our rental car.

We had an amazing two day stay at Sylvette’s place. It is a cozy place where we felt extremely safe and comfortable. It was very easy to find and Sylvette was available for an easy check-in. We felt right at home. The home was well cleaned before we arrived and looks exactly like the description and the pictures in the listing. Sylvette had many recommendations for local sites to visit as well as restaurants in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was walkable to the beach and walkable to grocery stores and great restaurants. There were even beach towels provided for us to use. I would definitely stay with Sylvette again when returning to San Juan and would recommend her place to friends or family members who are planning on visiting San Juan.

An outstanding home away from home. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need in a perfect location. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

I had the absolute best time staying with Tommy and Kayla in Ocean Park. I absolutely fell in love with this neighborhood, as it gives a more local experience while being quiet and relaxing. Literally steps away from the beach and many good food spots!! The bed was also extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay with Tommy and Kayla again the next time we visit PR (hopefully soon!!)

Carlos’ listing was as described. Good location, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The rooftop balcony didn’t look quite like the pictures (example: didn’t have a rug or anything) but it was still nice to go out on. The area is a bit noisy so I’d recommend a sound machine. Overall, good stay.

This apartment was great! Right near Calle Loíza, with amazing restaurants, as well as 4 blocks from the beach, which is beautiful! The place itself would be small with more than 2/3 people, but it’s perfectly usable and a great bang for your buck place!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really made it special, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly friendly, always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. You can tell they care about your experience. Every detail was thought out, and I felt at home the entire time. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. I’d absolutely stay here again!

My friend and I had a great time at Rey’s place! The home was very clean and the hosts were super kind. They even invited me to pick some mango’s from their backyard which was so sweet. We did have some trouble with the door. If you book this place just know that you must lock the door because it will pop open, which we did not realize and we accidentally left it unlocked a couple times and were alerted that the door was left open which we knew we did not mean to do. Luckily, there is a gate so it was not just open to anyone, but we did feel bad and wished we had known before hand. Otherwise, Isle Verde Beach was beautiful especially for sunset and a pretty simple walk. We did chose to rent a car but you could have easily Ubered if staying in the Carolina/San Juan area. The bnb is only 30 minutes from the national forest too! Definitely recommend a Mexican restaurant nearby called Tomate Cocina Mexicana the best service and delicious tacos! Very happy with my stay & would book again!:)

Airbnb at a very prime spot. Very close to the beach, it is walkable. Kat gave us super recommendations for local beaches and cafes. Would definitely recommend this place.

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

I can't say enough about how amazing this property is. I brought my two grown children and husband to Old San Juan for the first time as a graduation/50th birthday (respectively) and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The open air kitchen and living areas were surprisingly cool with the breeze coming off the ocean only a couple blocks away. The location was perfect, close to the forts and restaurants. All in all, just amazing. I highly recommend booking this AirBnB.

We had a great stay overall — the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC leaking, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the check-in experience. The listed phone number was incorrect, making it more difficult to get in touch than necessary. A more proactive approach or updated contact info would have made arrival smoother for our group. Otherwise, everything was great and we’d still recommend the stay!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Francheska’s. Plenty of space for my group (we each had our own room) and we loved having the pool. We appreciated that this property is within walking distance of the beach (I recommend Numero Uno Beach Club!) and a grocery store; it was also a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Francheska was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

Absolutely loved this place! The beach is right outside the door. The restaurants are within walking distance or just a few minutes drive. The view from the balcony was beautiful. When I come back to PR, i will be staying here again :)

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Maitee’s place was absolutely amazing! Cannot get a more perfect location than this. Super close to everything we needed to get to throughout our stay. So many places near the Airbnb that were walkable and if we needed a car the locations were under 15 minutes. Overall the place was completely spotless. Power did go out once in the hallways which we took the stairs but that’s not under anyone’s control and it was back fairly quickly. However, no complaints! 10/10. I’d not only recommend but definitely would return back to this place!
