Nothing short than the perfect stay. The building and apartment were just as beautiful as the pictures and extremely clean. Concierge was 24/7 and common spaces were quiet and clean. Everything we needed was walkable or a short drive away (Very affordable Uber wise). The apartment had everything we needed including good quality kitchen supplies, toiletries and towels. Great AC system. Easy check-in/check-out. Dahiana was super responsive to the point we could ask her a question while shopping and got a response before we made it to the next aisle. We got there early and left our bags and walked to a very good Mexican restaurant.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.

I had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb in San Juan! The location is unbeatable, you're close to everything. Just a walk away from amazing restaurants, shops, and cultural spots. The area has such a vibrant, lively energy, and it was the perfect base to explore the rest of San Juan. The apartment itself was exactly what I needed cozy, clean, and super well-equipped. The host truly thought of everything! The kitchen had all the essentials, there were plenty of towels, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. What really stood out was how easy the whole process was. The self check in was easy and the security guard assisted in anything needed, host was also responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I also felt really safe in the neighborhood. All in all, this place was a fantastic find. If you're looking to experience the heart of San Juan and have a comfortable home base to return to, would definitely stay again.

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Brenda's place. She had everything that I needed including beach chairs and beach towels. The gift basket was also very generous! Highly recommend!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

House and service was amazing all around anytime we had a slight issue Alan and Roy were beyond helpful they are amazing hosts and keep the house in wonderful shape I would recommend this place to anyone and I will probably come back myself.
