Holiday rentals with a patio in Ocean Park, Santurce

Beautiful place near the beach and restaurants, Alex was a great host and provided an excellent customer service, we loved our time in PR! Hopefully when we come back we can try other of their rental properties!

We stayed here for a couple days and were super impressed!! The apartment itself had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we watched manatees out in the lagoon everyday. Lots of wildlife to see :)

A beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. I felt so relaxed with all of the natural light that enters the space and enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and looking over the ocean. The hosts were friendly and quickly responsive to any questions that I had. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would stay again myself when back in the area!

I loved staying there, it was really peaceful, and the host Félix was really friendly and nice, and super responsive if there was anything I need. I would definitely stay there again!

This Airbnb might’ve been the highlight of our trip. It was clean, the amenities looked new, and it was a gorgeous home. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach and surrounded by some great restaurants. The host was also a gem, he was very responsive to all our questions and even had local recommendations. 100% would stay here again.

The Airbnb was very clean. It was close to everything. Ubers were under $10. Very convenient. I recommend.

It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . It was clean, easy to enter, and soo cute. Her dad was welcoming and so sweet highly recommend and would stay again!!

Dishmey was easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. Where do I start, he was extremely proactive before I even started my stay…checking-in and asking if there was anything I needed ahead of time. When the time for our trip arrived, it was a breeze. The instructions were incredibly clear and made for and efficient check-in time. Once at the space, I immediately remarked how clean it was. We often wipe down everything and utilize our own disposable towels and sheets. But, as we wiped things down, there was no dirt detected. While there, there was a blackout. However, we didn’t have to worry because Dishmey’s property is solar powered and was one of few houses in the gated community that still had power in spit of the outage. In addition, it was the little touches like the beach chairs and water in the fridge that made for a great stay. I’d gladly stay in one of Dishmey’s listings again. Thank you again for the warm, Puerto Rican hospitality.

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jose’s property, and I couldn’t be more impressed the property itself is fantastic spacious and well maintained what really stood out though were the views I had an incredible vantage point of both the ocean and the city the neighborhood had plenty of local spots to eat nearby if you’re looking for a place with stunning views a responsive host and a great overall experience I highly recommend Jose’s place I’ll definitely be returning for my next visit!
