Great place to stay with kids. Ground level made it really easy with the kids, in a private area as well. Pool and tennis court (free hire of rackets and balls!) within 25m. Amazing location, across the road from all the action at the beach and in walking distance to a heap of pubs and eateries. View whilst playing tennis was unreal on dusk. Was a little tricky finding the car park on arrival at night time, but once we worked it out it was a breeze. Kristy was super responsive to all of our queries and was really flexible with check and check out with notice. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Julie was an amazing host and very responsive and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The main bed is ultra comfortable, could stay in it all day if it weren't for so many things to see and do. The Thai restaurant downstairs is delicious and the pool kiosk was our go to every morning for breakfast. The games room at the end of the hall was a bonus for our 10 year old. great place to stay for families. Highly recommend.

Tracey's an amazing host really went all out with everything in her apartment absolutly beautiful the decore really made me feel it was my own bed was comfy 2 tracey honestly thought of everything when it come to welcoming guests ample cutlery plates bowls cups etc tracey has gone al out with complementry food items snacks also offerd extra toiletries i honestly never stayed anywhere with so much to offer tracey is kind caring lady will help as much as she can to make ur stay feel welcoming tracey is easy to communicate with tracey responds quick with what ever u may need tracey is by far my favorite host absolutly amazed with how she represents herself and her apartment i loved that it includes a pot plant inside the apartment who tracey calls harry plant to water the extra detail is the upmost standards so greatful to have had tracey as my host for 4nights il deffinatly book again and again i dont wish to book through anyone else or stay anywhere else im here to stay.thnx tracey ☺️

We had a fantastic experience staying at Aaron and Sally’s apartment in Surfers. This was actually our second visit, and everything was just as we remembered—clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected for a relaxing 10-night stay. The apartment is centrally located, with a beach view from the window and a balcony that’s high enough to feel private and secure. The bed is very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep every night. The hosts were outstanding; quick to respond within minutes whenever we needed anything. They’re very well-organised and run a smooth operation, with clear instructions for check-in and check-out, great communication, and a genuinely accommodating approach. Without a doubt, they’ve been the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had. Thank you for making our stay so effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again next time we’re on the Gold Coast!

Accidentally I chose the right time of year to visit Kingscliff, which was wonderful!!- not too many people about, peaceful, calm and beautiful. Loved watching the Pelicans on the river sitting out in the garden area. The smell of the sea air delicious! The unit fantastic with so many useful amenities …. I didn’t want to leave!! . Steve very patient with the non technical brain!!

Thank you so much for a lovely stay at Kipling - Location was amazing, was so handy having basic amenities and food items like oil and salt & pepper so we could whip up breakfast in the mornings! Prosecco in the fridge was such a lovely touch too! Would really recommend this place to anyone coming to Byron.. The hosts were so lovely and appreciated their flexibility and trying to accommodate our flight times.

Amazing place! Doug and Deb's place is peaceful and comfortable. It is close to restaurants at Kingscliff and Casuarina or has everything you'd ever need to cook for yourself - we did a mix of both. The house is very welcoming and the beds very comfortable. There is a lovely walk to the beach and 2 cafes and there is also a dog friendly beach about 15-20 minutes' walk in the other direction. Don't miss Cubby cafe at Chinderah - a very short drive away. Go early to get a blueberry and lemon curd muffin - they're all gone by about 11am. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxed 9 nights and highly recommend the house and its location.

it was a great staying with my family there. 4 rooms 3 floors. Great fire place in living area and BBQ on deck. Great view of Goldcoast city. Family run Cafe nearby is a great place for foods. Thanks Michael.

Awesome place looked after by awesome hosts. Spacious and peaceful piece of paradise just 5mins walk from the hustle and bustle of Byron town… quite unbelievable how the calm of this property contrast’s from the crazy of Byron within such a short walk. Hosts were amazingly easy to communicate with and I don’t think we’ll stay anywhere else in Byron now when we return with a large(ish) group.

This house, this spot! So special. Beck did not miss one detail in setting up this house, from stunning linen to kids toys, board games, beautiful decor, tree house, local coffee, hanging chairs, outdoor spa, fire place, comfy beds, herb garden, all lovely! The house was immaculate and clean. We literally couldn’t have asked for more. The spot is serene and luscious with trees and gardens, and so well looked after- with a walk to a waterfall on the property. Beck’s house is a thing of dreams, highly recommend.

What an amazing eye Glen and Nicole have for furnishings, decor and the space in general. There was also prompt responses for any questions I had. The house was spotless and had absolutely everything you need for a long or short stay. The KIZZ pinball machine, guitar and showers were my fav parts and my sisters loved the spa. I can’t wait to get there again! Highly recommended

We had a lovely visit, so close to beach, Jolene extremely friendly and helpful, shared a fresh bread loaf she had just bought, always smiley, solved tv remote problem driving 20 mins to buy new batteries, told us about a local farmers market etc…weather rainy but out of her control!!!! My family had a very enjoyable holiday at Luke's place. It's private, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable for all. We also really appreciated the generous availability of toilet paper, dishwasher powder, Glad Wrap and the like. It made for a relaxed, seamless stay. Would love to come back when it's warmer and use the pool and outdoor living areas. Can highly recommend this lovely Airbnb.

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We had a great 6 days in Jacinta's place! The layout of the apartment was really good and the view of the beach from the moment you walked in was stunning. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is really comfortable and privately located at the rear. Theres a good size fridge,decent amount of kitchenware/utensils, 2 TV's, good bathroom/laundry layout,nice big sofa,balcony and games to keep you occupied. We enjoyed being able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants and Coolangatta is also walkable, and there's a bus stop out front-so you could manage without a car for a few days if you wanted to stay local. We didnt use the pool this time but can see what a bonus this would be in summer and having a dedicated car space was a real asset. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this apartment!
