Holiday rentals with a patio in Ocean Springs

We had one minor problem with the home, gave Brett a call and he had a guy come out to fix our problem in less than a hour. Would recommend booking with Brett to anyone and everyone.

This Airbnb was in a great location close to the beach. Plus the big pool was awesome.

The house is extremely cute. It has a country feel and only 15 minutes or so to town. The home owner was responsive and helpful.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Leigh Ann was a responsive host. I stayed for a month. It was $15 for access to the laundry shed, the machines worked really well, just never knew when the washer would end. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and store leftovers. The water pressure was great. The AC was awesome in contrast to the MS heat and humidity. There is a train that runs at the end of the block. The horn will sound at any hour of the day but only 5 or so times a day. The tracks create a quiet side street without any through traffic, it felt like a safe and secluded neighborhood. Walking distance from tons of restaurants, the beach, aquarium, and Jones Park.

I would give 10 stars! My main draw was that dogs are welcome guests (not just “allowed”) and it did not disappoint. I brought my 2 mid-size, well behaved dogs. The yard was large and fully fenced. Her dogs are also well behaved so no issues there, and Kelly even helped me by letting my dogs out when I had to leave them behind for several hours. She was fantastic and made everything stress free. Helpful with dogs and recommendations. Oh, The hot tub … ahhh! I enjoyed that soak each evening. The few house rules stated were straightforward and no issue at all. As a solo traveler I enjoyed that Kelly and her husband were on site. The apartment is beneath their raised house. It is completely separate entrance area and i didn’t feel watched, I felt like i had awesome neighbors i could call on for anything. Very quiet area witlots of space to roam. Pups and I can’t wait to plan another visit. Lots to do in area: 15-20 minutes to downtown Ocean Springs for great art, shopping, dining.

Leah was a great host! I requested a cake and she offered to have it available upon arrival. It was a beautiful simple cake. Very nice and lovely setting.would definitely recommend.

This beautiful home is exactly as described. There weren’t many beach supplies, but we did leave two additional beach chairs, some pool dive sticks, and an umbrella. Elizabeth was very responsive when messaging. The only fault I found was the cooking pans. They are stainless steel and everything just sticks to them. I would recommend this home to anyone! I would also add that the home came stocked with plenty of spare paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags! The rental is close to the beach, but in this heat, we did not elect to walk there. Enjoyed our stay at this location!

This home is delightful ! The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are so comfortable. Our favorite space is the sunroom. We relaxed and visited and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The beach at the end of the road is secluded and beautiful and downtown Ocean Springs is charming. We highly recommend Jacob and his home!

The location is perfect! The house interior is immaculate. The golf cart made running to get food and to Front Beach easy and fun. We will definitely be back!

Had a fantastic Father’s Day weekend with my wife and daughters. The home was beautiful and has a boat dock with direct access to the bay and gulf. A true Airbnb gem. The host was responsive and accommodating. The community was friendly with many of the residents living there full time, it is important to go very slow through the channel to the home boat dock and be respectful to the neighbour’s. The area was relaxing and the community friendly, hope to stay again.

We randomly stayed in Ocean Springs (cross country road trip) and really fell in love with it! The town is SO cute and this house is really perfect. Walkable to downtown, multiple parks, and the beach! The house is brand new and immaculate! It was lovely and the town is so cutel

Staying at the Costal Charm was an absolute blast! The interior of the home was definitely a lot nicer than the pictures listed! The king sized bed was a total plus and was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of linens, toiletries (including razors, toothbrush toothpaste, wipes, and cotton swabs!). The kitchen had an array of dishes, pots,pans, and complimentary snacks such as chips, crackers, coffee and more. You can tell they go above and beyond for every guest that checks in. However the only thing I would have liked to been advised of, is that the gas gage on the golf cart doesn’t work so you have to guesstimate (nothing in town is far so it really isn’t a problem). The golf cart also has an amazing soundbar speaker and was such a fantastic ride to the beach!!!! I’m so glad to have stayed here and can’t wait to return in the future!!!! My boyfriend and ¡ haven’t stopped talking about it since we left!!! Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was very clean, smelled wonderful and had great amenities. The pool was awesome. The condo’s also have a cute little bar/lounge on the 1st floor, which was a great amenity. We will definitely be back.

Jacob’s place was great! Everything was new and very clean! It’s minutes away from the Diamondhead country club and golf course. Jacob was very responsive, sending recommendations for nearby activities during our stay. We will surely be back.

This was exactly what we needed. The host was excellent and we had everything we needed. Great internet and the pool was a nice bonus. We will be back!

Great place my kids really enjoyed the spot and we enjoyed the family feud game that was provided the host was very responsive and eagered to help in any way to make our stay great. look forward to a future booking if available.

The condo was clean and close to stores and restaurants. It was with in driving distance to attractions like the aquarium and the mall. The condo was quiet and the pool was nice.

Location, location, location! The location is incredible! The condo is the end unit so you have expansive views of the beautiful coast and Gulfport proper. It’s close to everything- the beach, pools, restaurants, groceries, shopping, museums, etc! The condo layout provides gathering and private spaces. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with ample equipment for meal preparation with the option to dine in or sit outside. Everyone in our group had a wonderful experience and we hope to stay here again one day.

We had a great weekend getaway. Super friendly staff and beautiful property. Location was convenient and close to great restaurants and attractions. Host was quick to reply to any questions. Overall 10/10. Will stay again!
