Holiday rentals with a balcony in Oceania

Thanks to Karen and Michael for a very comfortable stay! We felt very at home from the minute we walked in and had really restful sleeps. The place is super kid friendly and our 18 month old was very safe and comfy too. It has great kitchen appliances, we appreciated all the little welcome chocs, snacks and breaky foods, and all the good quality bed and bath things. Can’t talk highly enough about this airbnb! Would stay again.

Perfect place to enjoy Maui with beach view from balcony. The beds were comfy and the apartment was super well equipped! We had a toddler and there was a pack n play, dining chair booster, a few toys, and baby utensils! Megan was super responsive and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend the walk down the beach to the sugar beach bakery.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

Fantastic apartment, very clean modern and has everything you need. Location was walking distance to almost everything, basically across the road from Fed Square, plus a tram stop right out front of the building. The apartment over looks ACDC lane and as such the second bedroom experiences a little noise from the bars in the alleyways below. This does not take away from the apartment at all, just something to be aware of.

Jo’s place was great for a weekend away. Nice, cosy and charming, really close to cafes and places to eat. Was a great base for exploring bush walks in Cowan.

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

Jane’s place was excellent!! We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and we have been coming to Melbourne for years but this was our first time staying in Richmond. The location is brilliant, close to tram and train and Swan St is fantastic for an array of delicious cafes and restaurants. The terrace was beautifully appointed and a fabulous place to use as a base, but also to relax and unwind. We highly recommend!!

The property was wonderful. It was clean and in a quiet location with amazing views.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

We had an amazing time staying at Catherine’s. The location is incredible and only a 4 minute walk into circular quay! The Airbnb was lovely with very comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Lovely streets around the Airbnb. Highly recommend!

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

Villa Mimpiku was like walking into a holiday!! Super peaceful, private villa with a great pool and the three bedrooms were perfect for us to retreat to after a long day. The master villa is very special, with an outdoor shower and bath. Komang and Ketut (home assistants) were fantastic, always greeting us with a smile and a great breakfast included every morning, happy to assist with any questions or maintenance such as cleaning. The location was SUPER!! Just a short walk to the main road and within 5 minutes of supermarkets, money exchange, plenty of restaurants and a very doable walk to the Ubud markets/temple. As 4 females we felt very safe in the area. There were lots of geckos around, some frogs and other wildlife too, which was awesome and not to be worried about! Cleaning done every day and optional cleaning of bedrooms every day as well. I will strongly recommend villa mimpiku to friends and can’t wait to return. If you’re hesitating, don’t!! This place is awesome!

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. We loved this place! It fit our party of 4 adults and 2 teens well. It was within driving distance to many restaurants, shopping and beaches. It has everything you need, from fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms to equipment for pickleball and the beach. We walked across the street to the beach every morning for coffee and enjoyed watching the turtles swimming. It’s a little rough in the evening with the win, but very peaceful in the morning. Robert was very responsive and answered any question we had. Highly recommend this place!

We loved staying at Nancy’s place! Beautiful condo with a great location and amenities. Nancy was very responsive and helpful. We especially loved the in-unit washer and dryer and the beach gear! We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. You can sit on the balcony and view turtles swimming below. Lots of rainbows in the morning. Miso Phat is a great restaurant right across the street. The beach was nice and you could snorkel easily. We would definitely consider staying again.
