Great place! Wonderful location to walk to the beach, and the apt had everything I needed. Mindy was excellent to communicate with and made the stay very easy.

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

We had a wonderful time! It was super clean, tidy, and felt like a home away from home. The property is well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing. It is within walking distance to everything you need. Less than a 15 minute walk to grocery stores, dining, shopping and more. The beach was clean. The property was immaculate and secure with beautifully manicured gardens and even a koi pond.
