Holiday rentals with a patio in Oceanway, Jacksonville

We loved staying at this cozy and well-equipped place, it had everything we needed and you can tell it was prepared with care. David was very attentive throughout our stay, and our baby Asher had the best time playing in the backyard. The location was perfect: close to the supermarket, downtown, and just 30 minutes from the beach. A perfect stay! 🪅

We so liked this rental that I wished we had more time to enjoy it and use some of the accommodations it came with. The decorations and furnishings make you feel like you’re at home. They also were quick to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone!

Beautiful, well maintained, clean and thoughtful decor and amenities. Very comfortable beds, linens, looks just like the photos and everything inside plus instructions for getting there is very well thought out. Highly recommend! Host was flexible, responsive, and allowed us an early check in which was a huge bonus for me with work calls.

shon’s space was awesome! very spacious and clean. felt like a home away from home. super close to the zoo and not too far from the beach. shon was an amazing host, definitely will be back if i’m back to visit jacksonville!

Great spot next door to Walmart super center for all your needs. Pool was huge and relaxing. Bed was suuuuupppeeeerrrr comfortable. WiFi worked great for gaming/work.

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! This home was perfect for me and my husband. The neighborhood was quiet and it’s perfect to go for walks. It felt like a home away from home. The space was clean and the location is perfect. The coffee bar and patio was the selling point for us. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

First off, I want to say Marcia’s home was just like the photos, beautiful and clean. My kids and I loved her home so much, my kids wanted to stay longer and move to Florida. This place was spotless. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. I judge by the mattress and I can say my back is pain free today! Aldo was nice and even let us know that it would be ready for early check in if we needed it. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen was super clean. I will be booking here again! It’s really close to great dining and shopping, as well. ***Thank you for being a 5 star host! ***

We rented this house to use for my daughter’s wedding. Christine was so accommodating to our needs. The house was just lovely and extremely clean. I can’t wait to see how the pictures come out bc every inch of this house was adorable!

The condo is beautiful and the ocean view makes it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The home was clean and very comfortable and the hosts were communicative with us! If I’m back in the area I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this condo to anyone looking!

The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
