Holiday rentals with a patio in Octon

Very convenient apartment, perfectly located near the Canal du Midi and the village center. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a great stay and are ready to do it again.

Very pleasant stay. Very nice accommodation with blue decor, cheerful and bright. True to the description and photos. All the hosts we met were very nice!! Small downside: the building's exterior maintenance really leaves something to be desired.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-decorated; good bedding. Contact with Julien is easy. We recommend it.

Still perfect. I really appreciated the air conditioning with this hot weather. The studio is very well insulated and you just need to turn on the air conditioning a bit before going to bed. Everything else is great... that's why I come back regularly. So, I can only advise.

Really great location, you could not be closer to the center. Newly renovated in great condition, and very fast response to questions.

We really loved our stay in this beautiful apartment, really quiet area within walking distance of some amazing French restaurants, and also an easy ride into the city or the beach! Jean Michel was superb and a great host we had an amazing time!

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. Small, well-equipped cottage. We enjoyed the nice garden with the quiet pool. as well as air conditioning and good bedding. Perfect for visiting the region.

We had a pleasant stay at Eudora and Thomas's. We enjoyed the warm welcome from our hosts, who are adorable! The same goes for their animals :) Thank you again for your attention and recommendations. We really recommend staying there, especially if you want to discover the beautiful Hérault region, because the accommodation allows quick access to several attractions in the area: beaches, most beautiful villages in France, gorges, lake, etc. Finally, the accommodation is a real little cocoon, tastefully decorated, perfect for relaxing after our good days of sightseeing! The passage of a few trains nearby did not bother us.

A large, very nice house, very nice patio. 2 bathrooms for five people. Good communication.

Patricia and Luc are very welcoming and responsive. Communication with them went very well. The place is like new, and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning and the enclosed garden in the shade of olive trees. Big plus for us: that the hosts accept dogs. The studio is well located for discovering Herault.

Lovers of nature and cocooning, this place to stay is for you. I stayed here for four nights, including two rainy days, and really enjoyed the warm atmosphere of the place. The accommodation is impeccable and immediately made me feel at home. I had a great time reading by the fire. I had a real crush on the decor, the candles, the peaceful atmosphere... I enjoyed hearing the donkey in the distance and observing the trees surrounding the place. Célia and her dad were lovely and very attentive. A gentle and refreshing parenthesis, ideal for reconnecting with the essentials!

Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Very nice place. Well located near the center. Very clean and pleasant to stay there from the first minutes. The street under the windows is busy, but the soundproofing is excellent and you can hardly hear anything if the windows are closed. The air conditioning is excellent. Parking space is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place.

A perfect day, that's the price, all within walking distance, beautiful apartment.
