We had an excellent family stay! The house is beautiful and very spacious, everything is very tidy. The administrator Sofia who received us, a great and pleasant person! Always attentive! In my opinion, the only drawback is the cost of the boiler, which we paid for, but the water was not at a good temperature. I understand that it was due to the weather, as we had a lot of rain. Other than that, everything was very good.

The house was amazing! Identical to the photographs. The first moment you arrive you feel at home, with everything they have and how cozy it is, the attention of the wonderful staff, totally recommended! With a wonderful view, super comfortable beds and everything impeccably clean! We enjoyed the pool all afternoon and had an extraordinary weekend! 10000% recommended and Carlos is an excellent host, always attentive to our comfort and well-being! Don't hesitate to enjoy a few days of relaxation in the best house in Malinalco.

Arriving we were offered a pitcher with delicious water, the place is 10/10 to rest, very close to the center of Malinalco. You can go with your dog and love the place.

I really liked the house, but above all, certain details that I usually pay a lot of attention to, which are: 1. The kitchen is tidy, the cutlery and everything in general is in good condition, everything that is required on a day-to-day basis is available 2. Comfortable pillows 3. Mr. Martin, who helps, is very kind and always attentive to what is required. This is a great added value 4. They keep the house in good condition and deliver it very clean In general, everything is very good. The only thing I recommend is to bring a large RAID to fumigate the rooms, although the bugs that come in from leaving the mosquito nets open are harmless.

We were with three families in Mauricio's house and had a great time. The tower room is beautiful, the view breathtaking. All rooms were lovingly furnished, there was great Mexican dishes, in general beautiful details throughout the house, from the pictures on the walls, to the pillows, or washbasins. The garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers, a great view, there was something to discover everywhere. The employees Mel, Victoria and Gilberto were extremely courteous and did a great job. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a base of them), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.
