We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

The newly renovated Coach House offers easy access from its uniquely quiet, but central location. In the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, theatre, beautiful Jephson Gardens and only 10 mins stroll to the train station. With private access from Rosefield Street, the hallway leads upstairs to the main spacious and light open plan living, dining and bedroom area with separate shower room. On street parking and a public car park 100 metres away.
