Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect for switching off and letting your soul dangle...

Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.

My place is conveniently located location, close to the Danube bike trail and the city center, (both approx. 10 minutes), in a quiet residential area. The apartment is perfect for 1 -2 people. A sofa bed can be requested. The apartment, newly renovated, impresses with cozy, appealing furniture. Only about 20 minutes drive to Legoland (depending on traffic conditions) Newly created holiday apartment in the heart of Dillingens an der Donau in 2015. Dillingen is about 1.5 hours away by car from Munich and Stuttgart. After Ulm, leisure time is about 45 minutes.

Lion Man Vacation Home

Our apartment is a good starting point for trips to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). There are great bike paths in the area, and the bathing lakes are also easily accessible by car.
