Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

There are also parking spots along the street.

Das Apartment ist mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Es befindet sich in einem Backsteingebäude von 1903, in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Buchen von privaten Yogastunden in unserem Yogastudio ist möglich. Fußläufig gibt es vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Du kannst auch am Ufer der Wupper wandern gehen oder Radfahren und auch nett einkehren. Mit dem Zug oder dem Auto bist Du in weniger als einer halben Stunde mitten in Köln. Am Bahnhof gibt es auch E-Bikes zu leihen.

Walnut Tree Cottage

Walnut Tree Cottage Apartment wurde 2023 fertig gestellt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail im englischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Räume sind mit z. T. antiken Möbeln und Tapeten des National Trust (England) aus 3 Jahrhunderten dekoriert. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bades ist modern und hochwertig. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, die Autobahn wird in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der fußläufig gelegene Bahnhof bietet Direktverbindungen u. a. nach Düsseldorf, Köln und Wuppertal.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The stylish and lovingly furnished old building apartment is located in the beautiful district of Ohligs in a 3-party house on the 2nd floor. The central location makes it an ideal starting point to explore the surrounding cities of Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal, or to relax in the adjacent Ohligser Heide nature reserve. There is no Wi-Fi inside the apartment - enjoy the nice quiet location instead. We are happy to welcome you personally at check-in until 10 pm.

Relaxation for the whole family. Recharge in the nearby nature reserve or explore the pulsating urban jungle in Cologne or Düsseldorf (reachable in about 20 minutes by train). It's a 15 minute walk to the train station. The A3 and A46 and thus the Cologne and Düsseldorf airports can be reached quickly. There are free parking spaces in front of the house. The apartment can host 1-4 people. it has 2 separate rooms: a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Whether vacation, weekend trip, trade fair visit or business trip - our apartment in Solingen, central location in NRW, in the beautiful Bergisches Land. Interesting for trade fair visitors in Düsseldorf, Cologne and the surrounding area: very good connections to the A3/A46 highways as well as to public transport, close to Solingen main train station. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Beautiful neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby.

A break in the countryside, that would be something! Then our cozy and quiet granny apartment/basement in the garden city of Haan is just right for you. The apartment is 67 square meters and comprises a spacious entrance area, an open kitchen, shower bath, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The apartment also has a separate terrace with a very nice view directly into the forest and into the quiet garden. If you're lucky, even deer will come by.
