Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

The apartment is about 45 square meters, has a separate bedroom with pull-out double bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower and living room. You will find relaxation after a strenuous day at the trade fair, an extensive shopping tour or a hike in nature.

Booking private yoga lessons in our yoga studio is possible. Within walking distance, there are a variety of shopping opportunities. You can also hike or cycle along the banks of the Wupper and also stop for a bite to eat. By train or car you are in less than half an hour in the middle of Cologne. At the train station there are also e-bikes for rent.
